To the One Across Whose Story I Never Starred In
The bend
In the arch of her eyebrow
Is a preview to the arch in her back

She bites her lip
As if inviting you
To bite it for her
~
And you sit there
Like a fucking idiot
Wishing you weren't falling for those twinkling eyes and
Lush pink lips
~
You want to kiss those lips
~
Taste the sweetness that you know lingers
Playfully teasing you
Because she knows you want her
~
This poem is dedicated to all those moments, those infatuations, those lustful encounters, and even to the deceit. We all crave the love at first sight, the movie quality lust. Sometimes it happens, and other times, it’s just a tasteful tease. Regardless, consent is the sexiest part of it all.
