A Sonnet's Melody
Whispered Melodies of Love and Dreams
In twilight's gentle cloak, the day retires,
As stars adorn the tapestry of night.
Within this verse, my heart's warmest desires,
Shall dance upon the page, in words alight.
With quill in hand, I trace the poet's art,
To weave a tapestry of love and dreams.
Each line, a brushstroke, etching on the heart,
Revealing truths that lie in tender seams.
Like morning's dew upon a velvet rose,
Your presence stirs the chambers of my soul.
In whispered sighs, affection freely flows,
Two spirits merged, to make a perfect whole.
So let this sonnet be a testament,
To love's enduring flame, forever spent.
