Known to be fierce and strong

Bringing fear to all they met.

A reputation that lasted eons long.

But is no longer a threat.

When they did rule the world

Even the competition knew their place.

All seeked shelter and safety.

But the nobles did have grace.

Seeking not only to survive, but to thrive.

Best of the best they were.

Ruling with strength, they felt alive.

And soon the years were a blur.

Their reign soon came to an end.

Forces they could not control

Cme with a full wrath.

Fires from the sky would descend.

Land and Life it stole

But life started anew in the aftermath.
