Gentle whispers on the windowpane,
Softly falls the evening rain.
A lullaby of droplets, light,
Dancing in the fading light.
Silver threads in the dusky air,
Weaving dreams with tender care.
Each raindrop tells a quiet tale,
Of distant seas and whispered gales.
The world renews with each fresh shower,
Nature's tears, a cleansing power.
Puddles form and rivers swell,
In rain's embrace, the earth finds well.
Underneath the cloudy veil,
Life is wrapped in a watery trail.
The rain, a friend to fields and flowers,
Brings to life the waiting hours.
Listen close, and you will hear,
The rain's soft song, so pure, so clear.
A melody of peace and grace,
The gentle kiss of heaven's embrace.
