Not with roses, nor with lace,

But with words I write this space.

For a love that's true and kind,

A bond of friendship, strong we find.

Through laughter shared and whispered tears,

Through passing years and changing fears,

You've been a constant, hand in hand,

A steady light across the land.

We speak in silence, understood,

A language built where hearts have wooed.

Inside jokes whispered, secrets kept,

A world within our laughter swept.

Your smile, a sunrise, warm and bright,

Chasing away the darkest night.

Your shoulder leans, a fortress strong,

Where worries fade and can't belong.

So thank you, friend, for all you are,

A guiding star, a guiding star.

This love, a treasure, I hold dear,

A friendship whispered, ever near.
