A Letter To Past Self

I wish to start by saying, I’m extremely proud to be you

I admire your resilience, no matter the adversity faced

Now it is your time to lay down the weight of the world you seem to carry

It is perfectly fine to lay down the cross you bare

You are courageous, fearless, trustworthy, strong

Your heart space cultivates unconditional love that is needed to manifest every dream and every vision you’ve foreseen for your life

You are greatness in the making

You are a peacekeeper among your house and loved ones

But never sacrifice your voice and essence to make others comfortable

Everything you think, everything you feel is valid every time

You are worthy of being heard, felt, understood

You have more power than ever imagined

Always channel that essence into the art you create

You have permission to heal from all the things that have happened and grow from the words said that kept you bound

You have permission to be exactly who you are

Always chase and attract your wildest dreams until they become reality

Then keep going

Everything that has happened throughout your life transmutes those experiences to fuel your determination to shine

Be a light that influences change first in self and then radiate outwardly

No one has power over you

Don’t be passive, don’t wait for someone to define you

Or grant you permission to thrive

You are loved

You are valued

Release what no longer serves you

And keep shining
