A letter to myself
Something I should probably go over daily to keep me grounded
Dear Juwann:
Happiness is a choice
And I choose me
I can be as sad as I want to
But why would I want to be
My life continues to spiral downward
But I still choose myself
Because choosing me is to be happy
I love me more than life itself
Whether life is good or bad
Whether its up or down
I know it’s up to me to make
My world go around
I may not be where I want to be
I know hardly anyone cares
But I have to love myself enough
To get myself there
