The goddess of love and beauty,

Whose name echoed in the sea,

A woman of power,

With eyes that would devour,

And promises to be made,

For those who fell to their knees and obeyed,

A mismatch with Hephaestus broke your heart,

But passion with the god of war Ares was your work of art,

Many lovers sailed in the explosive waters,

And many islands were your headquarters,

But Paphos was were you were made,

Because your father Uranus was betrayed,

Also known as the goddess of war,

Your anger isn't to be messed with at all,

For many worship the,

Beautiful goddess known as Venus or Aphrodite.
