A Lasting Kiss

Like lovers secretly meeting at night.

By Paul CrockerPublished 9 years ago 1 min read

The day I went south.

My secret lover remained.

He was still on my mouth.

His love was contained.

A lasting kiss.

From his lips to mine.

Like lovers secretly meeting at night.

Feels more than fine.

More than right.

A lasting kiss.

Love exploded.

Skin upon skin.

Loneliness in me was eroded.

Opening up something deep from within.

A lasting kiss.

He left his mark.

In the morning.

At the park.

Something else was dawning.

A lasting kiss.
