The other day
I glanced back.
I took a look back at my life.
Reliving in mer moments,
what took a lifetime to transpire.
From simple memories of summers spent barefoot, exploring.
To memories of stories we’ve told over the years of our shared
experiences. Mostly involving some serious laughter.
To darker memories of painful events,
dark events of transgressions against me.
All these memories bundled into a life,
a coalescing, a forming as if from clay.
“Me”
All those events, all those conversations, all those interactions with others.
Resulting in who and what I am.
The good thankfully outweighing the bad, tenfold.
Still it is incomplete, I’ve memories yet to imprint on my brain.
Expereinces to live, continuing to mold me, changing me continuously.
This clay has not yet set.

Really just an amateur trying my hand at this.
