Night & Day
In the twilit shadowy still,
the moonlight casts a silver spell.
The world below in slumber lies,
underneath the vast, unending skies.
A symphony of stars, a celestial lullaby.
A twinkling serenade, as the night sighs.
Shimmers of hope in the dark expanse,
as the universe performs its cosmic dance.
A tango of opposites on life's sacred stage.
In the tapestry of existence, two entities engage.
The elegant Moon Queen glides in grace.
The majestic Sun King leads her into space.
Night surrenders to the day's victory.
Dawn sets the plot for a new story.
The radiant sovereign of the celestial dome,
reigns in his ecliptic home.
The Phoenix, a fiery muse, awakens life with a gentle embrace.
A celestial artist with his palette ablaze.
On nature's canvas, a vibrant display,
sunlight dances in a vivid array.

Recently, the pleasant surprise of placement on the Vocal Bonus Leaderboard sent me down a rabbit hole. Now, rabbit holes are a pretty common place for me to spend time, but I don't always feel the call to write about them. To be honest, the thought of sharing some of them mortifies me.

This is full of stunning imagery, and the idea of a dance through the skies is fantastic to depict the day and night cycle! “Night surrenders to the day's victory.” is one line that stood out to me, and I like the familiar yet unique take you have gone for with this one. Good luck in the challenge👏
