A brief history about the animal kingdoms
Poem
In the annals of time, history lies,
A tapestry woven with truth and lies,
From ancient empires to modern days,
The story of humanity in countless ways.
In the dust of ancient lands,
The footprints of civilizations stand,
Pyramids rise, mighty and grand,
Whispers of the past, in the shifting sand.
From the cradle of civilization's birth,
To the conquests that shaped the earth,
Great leaders and thinkers, their words endure,
Their legacies timeless, steadfast and sure.
Through wars and conflicts, the world did shake,
Yet from the ashes, new beginnings awake,
Lessons learned, though oft repeated,
The cycle of history, never defeated.
The rise and fall of kingdoms and kings,
The ebb and flow of power it brings,
From the glory of Rome to the splendor of Greece,
The echoes of their triumphs will never cease.
The struggle for freedom, the fight for rights,
The voices of the oppressed, taking flight,
From revolutions to civil rights,
The march of progress, in the darkest nights.
The pages of history, stained with tears,
But also with triumphs, and conquering fears,
The human spirit, resilient and strong,
Enduring through ages, where it belongs.
In the corridors of time, history's tale,
A mirror to our past, without fail,
A guide for the future, a beacon of light,
A reminder of our shared human plight.
So let us honor the lessons of old,
The stories of triumph, the tales untold,
For in the tapestry of history's embrace,
We find the threads of our common grace.
