Fall
French light dapples on the wall
Embroidered light as soft as lace
She dances with the red patterns that float like fairies
Winter
The Sweat of the Winter light crumbles into his skin like God’s spirit
It can never reach his chest inside,
It only flows and sinks through into the church floorboards
Thence into the temple of freedom and fire
His entire being longing for the crushing force of light to free him.
Summer
And just like that,
The tears of joy that hit her face also aligned with a smile of summer light that covered her like a dress of clouds,
All would be forgiven, after-all.
Spring
Breaks of wispy sea breeze climbs over the mountains of light like a crisp new dawn
He stands perched on the edge of the cliff
Soaking in the most glorious sunshine
Realizing how far he’s come
It’s a beautiful sight to be alive.
