The crowd moves and shimmers

My tribe my heart my peace

Calm in the chaos

Colours pulse and collide

My skin my own knows its way

The veil of nature pressed thin

Heads spin music plays

Time slows down

I'm killing me softly

I paint a thousand words

Eye and beholder

Hand and glove

Black lines etched

Flawless and beautiful

Caught in a moment

Never to be forgotten

A pause for thought

A question of life

The rhythm of living

No longer with strife

Deep down I shine

My soul dances free

Now and forever

I know who is me

Boy

Girl
