It's no coincidence that a dog is a man's best friend; they're more faithful than most other animals, and more faithful than many people.
Nope--Still here!
I'm so sorry to have disappeared for a week, but I was hard at work on my Challenge entry--and--inspired to work on the novel that I didn't finish during National Novel Writing Month! YES! I have polished three more chapters and added a significant amount of new content. I am hoping to get the "second act" completed during this month's Camp NaNo. Once the whole novel "completed," I will go back and rework the first book of the series, using information that I learned about the character during this phase and publish them in order. I may try my hand at finishing a third book in this series, because I'm having a terrific time with the characters.

Chances are, you have a dog wagging its precious tail around the house or sniffing at your feet. Have you ever marveled at how keen your dog's hearing is? I mean, it can hear you opening a bag of chips even if you're on a different floor in the house. Even with this amazing ability, most household dogs don't have the best hearing in the animal kingdom. They're not even in the top five.

Every day after school, as I walked past the pet shop, I could hear the bustling noise from within. The air was filled with the sounds of various animals, from the playful chirping of birds to the excited barking of puppies. It was a spectacle I looked forward to every day, eagerly anticipating the sight of all the adorable creatures housed within those walls. I was planned to get a kitten as I saw in my friend's house with sapphire eyes, snow ball , Persian cat. The kitten looked extremely beautiful, I could not take my eyes from her.

In our household, there are two animals: Luna has been with us the longest - at 9 years old she has been my companion for 6 years. She is a little gray cockatiel with white markings, and for the first part of her life she lived at a bird rescue and rehabilitation center, sequestered in little upgraded shed with 4 or 5 large rescue macaws. She is full of sass, hates crows with a fiery burning passion, and loves popcorn as an occasional treat.

I am so tired. How much longer can I do this? I get up every night, reposition their bodies, help them drink water, and take a pee break. I clean up poop, wipe them clean, and try not to freak out when I hear them moan from pain. When I hear the cries, I fly out of bed, no matter how deep my sleep is.
