Often you need to give yourself the proofs that you can do something, that's how you develop real self-confidence.

Many times, you need assurance that you can do something. And that assurance comes from the actions you take, actions that ultimately give you the proof that you can do this. Actually, you can do anything if you put in the effort required to achieve that thing with a never giving up attitude in your heart. So, give yourself the attestation that you can do something, just don't let the fear of falling down stop you from trying. You may fail, or you may succeed. But what you can't afford is the regret of not trying. It's not much haunting as it seems, let's suppose you failed, but honey, with the lessons learned, you can and you will always come back as a stronger, experienced, and wiser version of yourself. And even after failing, you will feel relieved that at least you tried. And sometimes failure opens the gateway to the most beautiful blessings of your life that you may have never imagined. If you keep this in mind and move forward without the fear of failure with proper discipline and courage, then you'll surely succeed great.

So, show some courage and move forward heroically, give your 100% and never settle for less, always thrive to improve, because there is always scope for improvement no matter how great you succeed, and with that sometimes slow down for a moment and appreciate life, because life is the greatest gift of all time.

It may seem a little weird as you may say that what the hell are you talking about, I have so many problems in my life, what do you know about my problems, you didn't experience those tragic events that I had. Yeah, I would agree with you here, I have no clue about the problems in your life, but one thing that I can say for sure is that with the ability to appreciate things, you can create wonders in your life. You can be at more peace with yourself if you just only learn to practice true gratitude. It works like the more you are grateful for things, the more things you get to be grateful for. Show gratitude for the good things in your life. Because gratitude is something that can clear your path, it is something that can give you clear guidance if you are clueless, gratitude connects you to god's guidance and protection.

"Gratitude is the attitude that can fill your heart and soul with love, joy, and prosperity".

Just appreciate the fact that the glorious mess you are, own your imperfections and strive to improve every bit of yourself that doesn't support in the making of your best version, don't fight it, embrace it, own it like a hero, and work on it like a master with love, patience, and persistence.

Remember that, you don't have to prove to anyone that you can do something, but sometimes these proofs are needed for our self-assurance. Take good actions, bring new ideas, work on them, start being creative, build different strategies and implement them, and never give up. Because it is ultimately your actions that'll count in the end. And you'll be so glad for yourself that you took the right actions for your own betterment. And the best thing about taking action is that you liberate yourself from the trap of regrets and guilts of not trying.

Just don't think too much of anything, wake your intuition up and forge ahead with its true and authentic guidance. And sweetie, it's okay to take breaks sometimes, because there is nothing more dangerous than faking productivity. Slow down for a moment if you feel messed up, analyze yourself, be aware of your thoughts, and feed your mind with its healthy food of positive thoughts.

And always, always, always believe in yourself.

And you know what? You believe in yourself more when you take good actions with proper discipline and persistence, that's why I said -:

Often you need to give yourself the proofs that you can do something, that's how you develop real self-confidence.
