QUEST Means BUSINESS is the name of the TV show and maybe his trademark.

And really, everything about this international anchor on CNN is serious. If you see the number of hashtags both on Instagram and Twitter—#RichardQuestInNigeria that trended during his two-day shoot on CNN in Nigeria, obviously he is living up to his name. The Hashtag had 8,074,144 impressions, and during that time a total of 1,500 tweets and 368 Instagram posts were shared. The Hashtag reached 4,135,486 people with more than 941 contributors.

The CNN Business editor, presenter, and author has adorned our television screens with constant business news for years.

Quest is extraordinarily amazing behind TV with his brilliant, skilled, and fluent performance. Because of his outstanding performance, he also hosts additional CNN broadcasts such as "Business Traveler," " The Express," and "Quest's World of Wonder," as well as several other shows. The excitement he adds to these shows makes him a unique personality, and he's known as one of the most recognized CNN team members.

Every month, during his Quest series "World of Wonder," he explores new destinations and meets extraordinary people who speak about the heart of their cities. Since 1987, almost all personalities from the business and finance sectors, airline executives, and world market leaders have been his guests. Quest is considered the leading business aviation commentator in the world. And you can't take it from him, like always a confident and tough interviewer.

Maybe without Quest, not every credible business meeting in the world will end if he is not there, because he regularly reports on every major business-related gathering including the IMF and the G20 meetings. He attends every year the World Economic Forum (WEF) in Davos, Switzerland. Quest would only be there to cover the meeting, but on time and reliably too.

I remember Quest appeared on the screens, reporting on the unfortunate incident of the breaking news story of Yasser Arafat. I watched him report the death of Yasser Arafat as well as the King of Pop, the Wacko Jacko, Michael Jackson. This time, he was a little emotional, because he wasn't in his usual smile. For me, I felt he was doing extremely well at BBC as the North America business correspondent until he moved to CNN. And I said to myself, "This guy is far beyond the borders." Quest dispels the myth that business news is boring, and bridges the gap between the harsh economy and entertainment television.

Unfortunately, Quest was arrested in 2008 for drugs in New York. After going through this traumatic experience, a judge ordered Quest to seek counseling for six months after he was arrested for possessing controlled substances in Central Park. This obstacle did not break him on his work. On the contrary, it rather increased his confidence to the highest level. He worked hard, and won the 2013 Lifetime Achievement Award as a business journalist covering the tourism industry. This award was given to him by the United Nations World Tourism Organization (UNWTO).

On Quest's experience, his motivation helped him overcome this unfortunate incident. He could have stopped working forever, and gotten involved in something else, but he didn't. Motivation is a key factor in any environment in which you are.

This rating assesses how much your rational and emotional elements can withstand obstacles that prevent you from doing it. In fact, motivation helps you learn more about who you really are. And that's what Richard Quest did. He never strayed, but continued and achieved his ambitions.

Richard Austin Quest is a British citizen and holds an LLB (Hons) degree from the University of Leeds. And has been called to the bar.
