Women Who Inspire

Let me tell you about a woman who not only inspires me, she is an inspiration to many. I have known her since 2003 and since our initial acquaintance, she has not ceased to be a source of strength, encouragement and imeasureable enthusiasm no matter what the circumstances faced. Her name is Dagne Barton. Dagne has a bachelors in Business Administration and a Masters in Non Profit Leadership. She is a consummate professional as Executive Assistant. Dagne is a wife and mother, sister to many. She has devoted her life to her family and to the calling on her life.

I assert that before she was born, her name was whispered into existence. Before she spoke or wrote a single word, the universe knew that she was destined to become a woman of purpose, ageless and matchless. Through her growth and maturity, she was equipped with a heart of gold, a voice that utters melodies of song, a smile that would calm any troubled heart and a spoken word that builds up and encourages any disillusioned and weary soul.

Dagne Barton’s life’s journey would have her one who is a primary contribution to the success of others, someone who makes a difference in the lives of others and she would leave a legacy for others to carry on. Her calling is true.

Dagne is an accomplished author and entrepreneur. Dagne penned a book that includes who she is and how she encourage and inspires othere. Her desire was to reach others with a message of hope and encouragement. Her book, Phenomenal Woman…Gurl that’s U is a book of encouragement and empowerment for all women. Quote: I am determined to pour my life out in every way I was called to do”

She has created several Workshops and sessions for woman based on her book. She has been sought after to speak at several conferences and retreats presenting this curriculum to and for women.

Amonst her many accomplishments, Dagne formed a staff, development/training organization called ValUAdded Consulting, designed for woman to walk with women to accomplish goals in their lives. She is a mentor to multiple young women. She is passionate about every one of her roles and works tirelessly at each one. She is making an impact and setting the example in her home as a wife and mother, her community as a mentor and leader. Dagne ’s future contributions to other women will leave a legacy for others to carry on. She is unstoppable. She has not given up on her dreams and she encourages others to dream BIG and create bigger ones. She always takes action towards her goals. She is always encouraging everyone she meets. She meets no strangers.

Dagne is at her best when she is helping others and enriching their lives. She believes that everyone should be fully confident in who they are and what they want to accomplish. She creates an image that rises up, encourages and promotes a YOU GOT THIS message that leaves anyone EMPOWERED. She inspires others to go beyond their self imposed and actual limitations to accomplish more than they ever dreamed they could accomplish. She believes that ANYTHING is possible with the right motivation.

Dagne is driven and regenerative in focusing on five areas of life for everyone:

Physical - wellness and physical fitness is key to energy and vitality

Spiritual - centered in her faith

Mental - The consummate educator. She challenges herself and others to create a new way of doing life and not letting life do you.

Synergistic/Community - Networking, she meets no strangers. She takes nothing, but gives of herself generously.
