What is The Best Way To Meditate ?

what is the best way to meditate ?

According to scientists, we only use 10% of our minds. Consider what I just said. Just 10% of our brains are included! We're squandering the other 90%. Consider this scenario: what if we just used 10% of our salary? Can we make ends meet on 10% of our salary? If you're Bill Gates, of course. What if we just ate 10% of the food we prepare? Isn't it just a waste of food? What if we just slept 10% of the day, or 80 minutes a day? Will we make it? What if we just had 10% of the oxygen that was already available? Will we make it? To all of these questions, the answer is a resounding NO!

No, why do we put up with just having 10% of our brainpower? Consider your own life. Do you have the freedom to live the life you want on your own terms? Are you satisfied with your work or do you believe it should be improved? There's a good chance you're just using 10% of your potential. What if you could improve your life by 100%, 500%, or 1,000%? I can even hear you thinking, "That's impractical" or "That's too difficult to do." If you said that, you're repeating the same trend of your life, which is that you're only using 10% or less of your brain.

Stop reading right now if you're content with just using 10% of your brain. Continue reading if you're not done and want to see how to use the rest of it. Consider the perfection you could gain if you used your whole mind. Napoleon Hill, Ralph Waldo Emerson, Maxwell Maltz, among others are but a few of the best teachers of using the mind. These men figured out how to use the mind's strength and how to tap into it.

I'm here to convince you that you already have the most powerful instrument in the Universe....your SUBCONSCIOUS MIND. All is known to your subconscious mind. If you use it right, it has all the responses. It will lead to a life of peace, prosperity, fitness, happiness, and achievement! This is true in every part of your life.

It's not because of you. You were never told how to think critically. The past is no longer relevant, and today will be a fresh start. It makes no difference what happened before today; what matters is what happens now. You must trust your subconscious mind and accept that it will help you live a happy and successful life.

Let's begin with a very basic process. Like an alarm clock, use your subconscious mind. Say it what time you want to wake up before you go to bed. Assume you intend to get up at 7:00 a.m. Tell your subconscious mind to "wake me up at 7:00am" before going to bed, and imagine a clock that reads 7:00.

Starting to make impressions on your subconscious mind is the first step in transforming your life. This can be accomplished by using affirmations and thinking specific thoughts. Let's presume you want to draw more capital into your life. You should easily say to yourself, "I am wealth and achievement." Several times a day, repeat these sentences. It's best to tell them first thing in the morning and right before bed. When your mind is in an alpha mode, you are in a relaxed state. When you utter them, make sure you mean what you're saying and concentrate on the words. If you consider it a chore, it will not benefit you. You should tell them when meditating as well.

This can be applied to any situation. Ensure that the affirmations are constructive rather than negative. If you plan to stop smoking, for example, don't say "I don't smoke." Instead, say, "My lungs are clean and safe, and I don't smoke." The terms "I am" and "I am not" are two of the most strong in the English language.

It's also important to think positively; don't tell yourself things like "I'm just never fortunate" or "I'm never supposed to be bad." Consider the inverse: "I am fortunate" or "Things always turn out in my favour," and "I am affluent and successful." If you find it difficult to believe yourself when you tell them, adjust them to make them more plausible. You may start tiny or declare, "I am on my way to being rich."

If you need assistance with a dilemma or are faced with a difficult decision and are unsure which option is better for you. Solicit assistance from the subconscious mind. Let's presume you're considering two different career opportunities and are having trouble choosing between them. Inquire of your subconscious mind for assistance. "Infinite wisdom of my subconscious mind, I ask for your assistance in determining what is best between these two work opportunities, I ask for your assistance and advice in making the best choice for me," you may suggest.

Listen to the subconscious mind by being still. Close your eyes if necessary, and don't try to push something to come to you; instead, just be still and listen. It's fine if you don't get a response right away. It's most likely looking for a response, which may take some time. Still, be assured, the response will arrive....possibly the next day or the next week. What you have to do is stay alert and keep your antennas up. It's possible that the reaction will come from someone other than you, maybe when you wake up. You may have a good idea of what you can do. You could read or hear something that can help you figure out what to do. You could get your answer if you run into a friend and he says something that will help you make a decision.Just be careful and don't get upset or overthink things. You are slowing the arrival of the response type by doing so.
