The more we resist, the more it persists.

You are WORTHY

I've been playing around with this idea of believing that life is not as complicated as we have made it out to be. Instead, our resistance and conditioning towards any & all things make it feel so complicated.

Take a moment to reflect on the life you are living right now.

Is it a life you are passionate about, or are you living a life you've been conditioned to believe is right for you?

We are defined by the stories we tell ourselves. These stories have been influenced or shaped by our parents, teachers, tv, social media, newspapers, friends, and even our social circles.

How many times have you heard you should do something stable, secure or helps you take responsibility?

Another power topic to explore is feeling ashamed when it comes to the emotions that cause us pain or discomfort. Emotions are energy that wants to move, rather than allowing them to be temporary, feeling them, and pass through. We keep our feelings trapped within and don't permit ourselves to process them; instead, we judge them, suppress them, and resist them.

Through hardship & discomfort, I've heard "I just want to go back to the old me," and the "old me" refers to when they were happy, joyful, outgoing, and fun to be around. Only loving and showing the side of ourselves that we perceive as "positive." We forget, neglect, push away and deny the part of ourselves that feels the feelings of sadness, anger, grief, etc.

A beautiful reminder is that you deny yourself access to feeling all emotions if you do not allow yourself to feel one emotion.

We are all beings having a human experience. ALL of who YOU ARE deserves to be loved, appreciated and held with compassion.

What we deny or resist within ourselves is what we refuse or resit outside of ourselves. (How we do one thing is how we do everything)

Again I ask you to take a moment and reflect.

Identify what it is that is holding you back.

What would life look like for you if you moved through your resistance?

What would life look like if you were living your passion?

How would you express yourself?

What would it look like if you allowed or permitted yourself to feel?

How often do you search or look outside of yourself to find and validate your worth?

Social media, social circles, one's education or career. The kind of car one drives, the size of the house one owns, the way our bodies look, the number of friends one has, your relationship status, the money (or lack thereof) in the bank. Take a moment to reflect on the ways you've attached your own self-worth to some of these things, or they could even be different ones.

You have been taught to search for this worth and to find ways to prove your value. This was an accident, a teaching instilled in us by those lost to their own beauty and given-worth.

It's time to remember your worth.

It is time to remember that you were born worthy.

If you were to stop searching or working to uncover or gain what you already are, how would your life be different?

What parts of you would become awake and alive?

How would you be holding yourself, and how would your heart feel?

How would you being feel?

When was the last time you arrived here to find you?

To find all you've been given from the moment you took your very first breath. Simply begin to uncover what has been here all along. It has all been here waiting for you to discover.

My dear, you are worthy, remembering each precious thing sewn into the gift that is you.

How could your life be different if you could remember you are worthy? That you've always been and never will need more than you are.

How would your life be different if you were to hold yourself in all of your magnificent goodness?

Lay it all down for a part of you is tired of searching. This is a calling for you into your being, getting you to just be, to be present, and giving yourself permission to be as you are. Learning to receive instead of trying to prove.

Forgiveness and relief.

The gift that is you already, not needing one thing but your own love and remembrance.
