Everything begins and ends in your mind.

Self love is highly important and its so hard to have and find, its extremely difficult to accept yourself in this society nowadays but it is something every person ends up doing, it is different for everyone because every single person out there is going through many different experiences and see life in many different ways.

You need to be brave enough to take off the masks you wear out there and show yourself truly as who you are. It is never late to start over and show your imperfections, they make you unique and special, the people who love you will accept you no matter what.

Accept your flaws, be vulnerable enough to appreciate everything that makes you human, everything that makes you real, you will be happier and feel better about everything.

Self-love is, therefore, your fuel and foundation. If it’s not there, your entire life will be unstable and uncertain. But if you truly love yourself, life moves forward with ease and everything falls into place.

You’ll have greater resilience to stand any challenging life event or personal adversity. Depression, anxiety, stress, and the strive to be perfect, will vanish in the face of pure optimism that self-love creates, once you have that, you have everything you desire.

The love you seek exists within you — Love from other people can only make you happy if it expands on or reflects your own self-love, if you make yourself think you deserve it. And loving others can only originate from self-love: a reflection or expansion of the love you have for yourself.

Perfection is found in accepting your imperfections. -Bridgett Devoue

Stop apologizing for being you, stop stressing over things you can´t control, believe in your abilities, be nicer to yourself, love the person you are becoming and most important believe in yourself, because at the end of the day, that´s the only person that knows you completly and the only one you can trust. This doesn´t mean you have to be selfish and always think about yourself first, it is about thinking you deserve the same love and support you give others.

WORTHY

Others people´s opinions or ideas of you, whether they are good or bad, should not be grounds or problems that could affect your life or base your self worth. You shouldn´t care about what is said about you, even tough its hard.

You cannot find your worth in someone else or by proving it. Your value is found when you become aware of how worthy you are and what´s really worth your time and energy.

Confidence isn´t thinking you are better than anyone else, it is accepting yourself so you can´t compare to anyone. Confidence is the ability to feel beautiful without needing someone to tell you that, to be sure of who you are and be open to new experiences.

Self-confidence is vital in almost every aspect of our lives, yet many people struggle to find it. Sadly, this can be a vicious cycle: people who lack self-confidence are less likely to achieve the success that could give them more confidence. They tend to care about someone elses opinion or let people have an influence on their life decisions.

The quickest way to acquire self-confidence is to do exactly what you are afraid to do. -Anon

With self-love and confidence you can achieve everything you want in life because that way you are sure of who you are. Take your time to find yourself and create a confidence no one can ever turn down! The world will adjust to your personality and you'll be beyond happy with being yourself!
