How to have a Bright One mindset

There are two people, both with half a glass of water, one says, "Oh, only half a glass of water," while the other says, "Fortunately, there is still half a glass of water.

Our inner state determines our inner energy, when the road of life encounters obstacles, what kind of mentality to see the problem, may affect your future life path.

Suppose we are used to looking at problems with a negative mindset, then we tend to make the problem more serious, and when we know how to face it with a positive state, then we will have another fate.

The essence of the Illuminator thinking is not optimistic thinking, but optimistic thinking

Many people think that a Bright thinking positive mindset is the result of Bright Thinking. In psychology, Bright Thinking can be divided into three levels, and the three levels determine our inner energy of joy.

Level 1 Light Thinking - Seeing that there is darkness and light in the world. When we think that the world has darkness and light, but we instinctively prefer darkness to light, this is the ancient saying that we tend to avoid harm.

If we face things with this optimistic mindset, the more optimistic we are, the easier it is to seem pretentious and not understand right and wrong, but rather easy to avoid life.

The second level of light thinking - see that darkness can be transformed into light. If we want to allow ourselves to truly master light thinking, we need to know that darkness can be transformed into light. The end of darkness is light.

So when we have darkness within us, we should not forget that the light is right in front of us. Don't be afraid that your efforts are not working, learn to move forward with hope and light thinking, you will find that life has more surprises than you think.

Level 3 Light Thinking - Both light and darkness can enrich life. When we no longer resist light and darkness, we will understand within ourselves that light and darkness are two sides of the same coin and that the yearning for light is what leads to positive positive action.

Even our pain is bred with a yearning and desire for light. So understanding that light and darkness are often what can converge within us, we will not be controlled by the darkness but will go with the flow to turn our decline.

Learn to change your negative thoughts and emotions with counter-thinking

The concept of Bright Thinking is that reversing our thinking can change our situation, and we can change our negative thoughts and emotions by using counter-thinking.

For example, when someone says you are not working hard enough, you can say that I am always working hard; when someone says you are "a little old", you can be beautiful in your way, and maturity is also a kind of beauty.

When we use counter-thinking to change our life, we will actively improve our language, and when we encounter problems, we can see them as challenges, and when we make our language system more positive, then our life will gradually open up.

For example, if we encounter a problem, we no longer see it as a setback, but we are reminded that it is the best opportunity for self-growth.

Then at this point, all the pain becomes nourishment and sustenance for our life, constantly nourishing our inner life. For example, if you have lost your love and are in great pain, think of it this way, it is a good thing to break up with an unattractive relationship early.

Pay attention to the subconscious habits of daily life, and turn the language system into self-growth and self-experimentation, then our lives will have more power to grow.

The essence of light thinking is that brightness thinking

Psychologists have proposed an emotional ABC principle, he believes that the factor that causes people's emotional outcomes is not the event itself, but our interpretation and the presentation of our internal beliefs.

So many people who experience setbacks in reality often think they are unlucky and can't think straight, these are people who don't see the whole picture of things, but only interpret them from their perspective.

It is this perception that creates emotional distress. The reality is that people's troubles and unhappiness are often related to their own emotions.

A teacher once told me that most emotional problems are related to one's perspective. The key to overcoming setbacks is to be able to not be swayed by momentary disappointment and unhappiness in any situation, always with hope and confidence, you can be freed from adversity.

There is a story about two generals who both encountered a spider struggling to weave a web on a rainy day, and one of the generals saw it and thought it was the same as the end of the world. He thought the spider was too unlucky to have a home of his own and to weave a web.

But another general was particularly moved by this scene, he saw the spirit of struggle from the spider and thought that life could start again, and he later became a famous general.

So the essence of the Light's thinking is to know from early on to learn to see things from the hopeful side, never to live in the shadow of the shroud.

We need to believe that our wealth comes from our continuous inner efforts, and as long as we are willing to work for the betterment of the world, then we will become better and better.

So people with positive mindset thinking always believe they will be lucky enough to discover the essence of life, they are awake on earth, and this positive thinking brings us the continuous advancement and progress of life and is fundamental to the growth of our human civilization.
