Life has hit you hard, as it has in the past year and you still stand here today. Strong and tall. You turn around, show the past your back and keep moving forward. No regrets here baby! You are still shining and you are bigger than words can define you.

It is now about time to realise your dreams and make them come true. It is about to rewrite your story. Is it as simple as clearing out a closet? The answer is yes!

Don’t let the ideas run low. If big or small. Every idea has its value. It is worth what YOU are worth. You are the idea. You are not rejecting yourself, are you? So why would you reject an idea?

If it sticks, write it down and get on it! Stop wasting time. Stop making meaningful things meaningless.

You might think. “I got so many dreams, I can’t chase them all”. Yes you can, you just have to write a bucket list and then work on them one by one. Or on several at the same time, if you will.

Don’t let a dream only be a dream. If the goal is big enough to scare you it is a good goal. Don’t let the fear put you off. Become your worst fear and reach your true potential. You got this!

1. Meditate

You cant imagine your bucket list with a full mind. A busy mind. Empty it. Declutter it.

3 – 2 – 1

Sit still and comfortably and breathe in and out. Follow your breath as it is a trail you are following. If thoughts come to conquer your mind gently push them away and return to your breathing. Do this every day for 5 – 10 minutes and you will experience mindfulness. If good ideas start in the mind so do negative ones. So here it is important to only let positive thoughts into your head once cleared.

If time is short on your end, why don’t you have a look at my walking meditation guide. Meditation to-go please.

2. The bucket list

Since you have filtered your thoughts with some morning meditation you are now ready to write your bucket list. Yes, it is known for a list to be completed before you die. What do you want to be before you die? WHO do you want to be before you die?

It is basically your list of goals. When you write down your goals every day, they will become more and more clear, more and more real and more and more important. You will be able to build them into your daily routine and work on them.

These could be things such as write a book, run a marathon or start a business. All the things which you wouldn’t dare thinking about but you really always wanted to do them.

3. Visualize

It is important to imagine the goal and the process. And so are the feelings. Close your eyes and imagine you have achieved something on your bucket list. What is the feeling you are experiencing? Is it happiness? Is it gratitude? Are you smiling right now? This exercise will help you to move towards your goal with a bit more positivity. Small obstacles will only remain small.

4. Exercise

Physical fitness is not only a great component to mental fitness. It is necessary. It is a must! When you exercise daily you will experience not only physical changes but also mental changes. Your habits change. Your sleep pattern changes and your sleep will even get better. Your eating gets better. You will experience mindful eating. Mindful thinking. Mindful BEING.

I have seen the below video first about 1 1/2 years ago. I did not pay much attention to it. I did not put much meaning to it. Now I listen carefully.

Everything that is mentioned in this motivational video is all that I am and all I have practiced without even knowing. It is all of the above. It is all we are, all we have ever been, all we will always be!

About the Creator

Jess S

One day I will be myself again,

and this darkness might come to an end,

and all doubt will cease,

and all strength will rise.

One day my tinted memories will be left behind,

and I will be able to see the world through a clear lens.
