Mastering Manipulation. AI-Generated.
You’ve been there. Someone talks circles around you, makes you feel guilty for things you didn’t do, uses your kindness as a tool, and walks away winning—again. And you? You're left confused, frustrated, and maybe even blaming yourself.

Lost After Gained. AI-Generated.
You dream about it. You obsess over it. You imagine the moment you'll finally get it — that job, that relationship, that car, that home, that recognition. And then one day… it's yours. At first, there's a rush. Satisfaction. Triumph. But as days pass, the shine wears off. The object of your desire fades into the background of daily life. What once thrilled you now barely moves the needle. Why?

ALL I SEE
In a world overflowing with noise, speed, and spectacle, sometimes it’s the softest songs that echo the loudest in our hearts. “All I See”, an original release by Gabriel Mikhna, does just that — with just a few verses and a gentle message, it captures something many of us overlook: the quiet, constant beauty of life.

5 Lessons I Learned the Hard Way in my 19s
Life wasn't too smooth in these 19 years. Your 19s can be confusing. It doesn't come with a manual. 19s often feel like an endless experiment. I made lots of mistakes in my life, took so many risks, and learned lessons. It's a decade where you're expected to "figure it all out". But the truth is most of us are trying to survive. Looking back, my life taught me more through mistakes than my successes. Here are 5 lessons that helped me to change my life and made my life way easier. If you're in your 19s now, maybe this will help you feel less alone. 1. Not Everyone will StayI used to think that every friendship will last forever. I believed the people I started my life with would be the same people I'd end up with. But life doesn't work like that. people change a lot. Friendships fade. Even your most closest friend can hurt you. Even you will not find anyone by your side when you need them. It's just a part of life. The sooner you accept them, the easier your life journey becomes. 2. You Don't Have to Have it all FiguredThere's a silent pressure to be successful, stable, and sorted. However, the majority of us are deceiving ourselves. We scroll through social media, comparing our life to someone else's highlight reel. Truth is- no one has it all figured out, not even the people who look like they do. Life is not a race. It's totally okay to feel lost. It happens to me a lot. In fact, embracing that uncertainty can lead to personal growth and new opportunities. Most people are pretending they know what they're doing. Clarity comes with action, not overthinking.3. Consistency Beats TalentI used to wait for motivation. I thought success was about talent or inspiration. It's true that we always want to be the best. That's why sometimes we can't expect our failures. But you don't have to be the best. Just show up everyday and do the work. One small step every day leads to big things. Whether it's fitness, writing, study, or a business. Focus on your goal, be confident and don't lose hope. Progress comes from consistency, not perfection. 4. Save Money, Even if it's LittleI used to spent a lot of money on myself. Now I regret. Emergency funds are not optional. You don't need a huge income to save. Even saving 10$ a week builds discipline. Emergency funds bring peace of mind. Start small, but start now. It will help you to have your own money. Your future self will thank you.5. Learn to Say NOFor a long time, I said "yes" to everything, even when I didn't want to. I feared disappointing others. So, I sacrificed my own comfort. But saying NO isn't rude. It's healthy. Your time and energy is valuable. You don't owe anyone an explanation for protecting your peace. Saying no is self-respect. You don't have to always be affirmative. Yes, Try to say NO when you are not willing to do something. Stop burning out to please others. Your 19s are a messy, beautiful, terrifying, liberating time. You'll win, You'll lose, you'll break, you'll feel behind, you'll discover yourself. Don't rush it. Don't compare yourself with others. Just focus on yourself, keep learning, keep growing, and keep going. The most important relationship in your life is the one you have with yourself. Keep learning, even if you make mistakes. Don't get depressed. Learn from your mistakes and keep going.

The Endless Stories: A Soundtrack to the Moments That Made Us
The Endless Stories: A Soundtrack to the Moments That Made Us Some songs aren't just music—they're memories pressed between melodies and metaphors. "The Endless Stories" is one of those songs. It isn’t just something you listen to—it's something you feel, something you remember.

The Living Dead....
He stood there, still, like a man frozen between two clocks. One that ticked too fast and another that had stopped altogether. Around him? Chaos, but not the kind that screams. No, it was quiet chaos. Dust-heavy air. Pages curling at the edges. Bullet-point dreams that never made it past the ink. Books unopened like doors he never dared walk through. A warzone of abandoned ambition.

The Edge Of Silence
The Edge of Silence In a world that's never not buzzing with sound—notifications, conversation, cars, media—the idea of silence can feel foreign and even frightening. But it's on the edge of silence that we'll find some of humanity's richest experiences: reflection, insight, and change.

Good night, dream on
Dream good night. A tale of love, self-assurance, and faith in one's work There is a quiet shadow all around at night. After the hustle and bustle of the day, the night is a special time from the side of the alert where we talk to ourselves, think of dear things, and most of all - the deep love of the heart.
