Fixed vs. Growth: Why Mindset Matters
Our mindset has a really huge impact in our life because the way we think is the foundation to our success. Without having a matured mindset, things would collapse. This is why we see people who win the lottery and win the cash by luck as a result of gambling. They then lose the money easily because they haven’t built the mindset of the wealthy individuals. So every success starts off with your mind. In order to succeed you gotta build your mindset by changing your mentality from a fixed mindset to a growth mindset. Once you have that portion down, you’re going to move that growth mindset into actions. The way to move it into actions is to just do it regardless. Nothing has to be perfect for the first time because success comes gradually. The way to do it is by making a decision to do something. Once you make a decision, then the how will come. Just believe that you can do it, trust the process, then everything will fall into place. You got this. Just keep pushing forward.
Hannan MuzeyenPublished 7 months ago in MotivationDon't command any person's actions and give them their personal space
Here's my perspective on it! I believe that I do not hold or command my close people's actions and set up boundaries for them but give them space to grow and breathe themselves. I understand that you want to take care of your loved ones but commanding their actions will make them repulsive and they will try to create distance from you. It may develop a sense of widening distance in the bond and giving a thought to escape from your life just because of not giving them their space for growing. Please don't try to control or impose any restriction that will create a deviation from you. It might be possible that at any point a person might feel to leave you so it's fine to respect his decision rather than your desire to hold him there in your life. I always believe that everything happens for a good cause as it teaches me and takes me to the next upper level to explore and meet new people.

The strong stench of cheap alcohol hit hard on the walls of my nostrils. No, I'm not a lover of alcohol, neither am I a jury to the drunk; I'm just that fellow who had sipped the bitter glasses of life so much that sipping from an alcoholic cup would be many steps far from the gates of sanity.

We often encounter this situation in life: You try to persuade someone with all your heart, and what you say couldn't be more correct, but he doesn't listen.

You may have noticed two completely different types of people in our lives. One is to think more and do less. When chatting with this kind of person, you will find that they have fascinating conversations, have a lot of things they want to do, and are eager to express themselves.

My wife and I have always loved nature, but we never imagined that we would end up living in the jungle. We were both working in stressful jobs in the city, feeling disconnected from ourselves and each other. We decided to take a break and travel to Cambodia, a country that we had heard was rich in culture and natural beauty.
Freddie's Lost TreasuresPublished 7 months ago in MotivationBegging
Don’t beg. Don’t chase. Don’t be needy. Relax. When you relax, it’ll come to you. (Quotes) Don’t get caught up begging for someone or something to stay with you because it is a waste of time and energy. Begging is a form of insecurity, and it can come from childhood or adulthood traumas that have not yet been addressed and healed.
Theresa EvansPublished 7 months ago in MotivationLearning about you.
Learn to trust people's energy and not their words. (Brother Ben X) Learning to trust other individual's energy is not easy, but it can be done. I turned fifty in August, and I honestly have to say that my mental state of mind is entirely different now. I am honored to see fifty years of age and reflect on all my accomplishments. I am incredibly proud of myself for setting my goals and boundaries accordingly for me, not for others.
Theresa EvansPublished 7 months ago in MotivationIt takes courage to quit but it takes even more guts to stay
Quidding is often associated with giving up. Wrong! Quitting is also a courageous decision of self-disciplined people with resolve and ambition. The type of quitting I am interested to discuss is the one that relates to our career choices that led to self-affirmation, happiness, and success. Millions of people are stuck in their jobs, and they don’t see future growth, both financially and personally. Many of these people face the daily challenge of neither being able to contribute to their business growth, nor to their personal learning. The challenge goes further, as many are unable to define why they do what they do and cannot measure progress towards success. My advice to all is, when these difficulties become the norm, and you don’t see where you are headed, it is time to quit. It is time to change as it will be irresponsible to stay. If you stay it would ultimately lead to personal misery, and for misery of the people you love the most and plus it will lead to mediocrity.
