How to heal fully and properly.
Chapters from Life
Feeling emotional in public, it wasn't something He would like to expose, especially in a private course where He is supposed to be the one who teaches and the one who leads. However, in these circumstances, he had no choice but to attend the class. He passed what He passed, but He got no time to make it through as for His biological function and neurons to smoothe to take pause and to let body transform into happier state and by His example You can also deeply and truly recognize this kind of situation. Maybe sometimes You are even greater in masking it not because you are smarter or more intelligent but because being aware of abusive environment You have no choice but to learn and gather knowledge that may or might not be useful in exact difficult occassions what kind of occassions I actually talk about. The one we highly sensitive empaths almost hardly we do talk about and share because there are so many of such situations in our life that we are just happy when we can handle it do the whole that need to be done and just get away with the mind clean transform forgetting that something like that even had an existence and most of us will need to go through such cicles until it is gonna create discomfort in our body nervous system and accumulated burst of emotions of any kind that will need more time to digest analyze to spend with ourselves and nervous system and truly admit yes it had happened and it might be after a very long period of time we are ready to reveal even just to ourselves as if the healing wanted us to notice every kind of abusive torture we went through not to make it harder but to notice that each element of our daily being is the whole foundation that gets unwell while we have no other choice than tolerate such behaviour why we cant do nothing more than practice while facing such behaviours because we wont be able to remove bad behaviour from people and we wont be able to remove bad people from this planet quite the opposite they do work each hour of the day to make our life harder and we actually no matter the harm we keep on healing them and making their life better until we get so bruised so terribly ruined by all of them that we need learn the same kind of egoism as they are exposing easily daily and i can call my first day of healing when i finally without guilt can focus only on my own life my own experience distancing myself from all these zombies around their attacks they cant touch me more because i learn how to come back to myself my life and choose me over their games plays. Still in this life we need to go through so many discomforting situations having job that is priceless where you serve another but you earn less than zero besides inner richness and the fact that you truly help is something not only You should be proud but each individual who encounter your real true empathic heart Unfortunately or fortunately the only person who is proud of who you are on Earth is your animal another stranger animal God Angels,Pope some Priests and Monks, children, birds, insects, cats, horses etc. maybe some strangers but mostly you need go through massive amount of zombies and whether you are doing great or not it does affect you especially if you are doing better financially or especially if you are making huge progress they will more likely keep on punishing you for nothing without getting to know even the base of where your work starts from daily while you are oki with the idea that you cant change Morons and connection with them no matter your best intention practices yes exactly if not some practices it wouldnt be even possible to go on but there are moment in life when its too much for too long and when it could be lighter but its heavier not because you are not doing your best but quite the opposite because whole the rest judging rest never have enough and pushed you into a territory which you have already created innovative new approaches but because they havent even discovered the door or the key to even see the door to know that before the path will be fully opened you need keys then you need know which door to open and most people dont follow basic rules principles which are often more important than the higher level practices or advanced one whoever and whatever call it this way doesnt actually discovered half of it yet truly available for free in every good corner where people from real heart empathy and love give free healing secrets but to know all to gather all might be not enough to conqer the zombies because zombies are in massive amount of people they are like brutalist and they take every right to make your life misery and hell just as they dont know other kind of being on earth or reason for their happiness comes only when you get more painful life experiences so especially before something you truly care for they will bring you sadness depression horrible mind ignorance just to simply frustrate you make you cry look weak emotional in front of another but if they think it will matter as something weak or someone weak for real truth human that knows from where it came from or from who it came from someone who feels sense what one goes through to make it all happen to bring the best kind of healing experience knolwedge to the one in need but also to morons who are there to put you in doubt to put you in conflict because thats who they truly are and no amount of help compassion love will ever change the way they truly are. You can just shift them occassionally but it wont feel natural normal real it will always had a double surface that will never put you in peace of the mind and this is where you can start to make real order in your life around or with people notice the peace that is taken away before it even settle in your brain for your body mind to accomodate new healthier state if its entirely disturbed no matter what it will had no chance to connect so you need go beyond all Alone even in the horse year you will notice being with people things are done for a moment then they crush even faster stronger becoming bigger chaos and nerve wrecking disonans so where and with who you want to walk now alone in peace thinking its loneliness instead notice peace harmony happiness with whole environment in silence or engaging with all kind of people feeling moments that can not last longer than even hour in peace and harmony i think the answer and many other answer arriving on its own through the wrong paths wrong people to the better being better future but definitely not smoother not easier as long as Morons are out there and they will be always here gathering with more and more moaning to distract you from who you are and from who you are becoming and it will squize tears out of you with their words like knife with their words like the most painful punches with their words to weaken and damage every nerve but they also dont realize the power of women and what they have already created and brought on earth to protect to save to heal from to rebuild .....to become who you were in the best form and in the newest natural relaxed way of your own being not to prove the doubting unconsciousness but to live your life freely as the Best !

The Small Victory That Stayed
The cicadas were already screaming by the time I stepped out of the house. It was the kind of summer heat that clings to your skin, the kind that makes even short walks feel like a chore. I held my bag tighter and checked the time on my phone.

The Hidden Side Hustle That Made Cathlin Financially Free
For most people who passed Cathlin on the street, she looked like someone living an ordinary life. She was 32, worked a standard office job, and lived in a modest apartment on the third floor of an aging building. Every weekday morning she woke up at 6:30, made a cup of cheap instant coffee, and rushed out the door to catch the crowded bus to work.

Finding the Beat of My Heart. Runner-Up in Small Win Challenge. Top Story - April 2026.
I sat in the front row, between Jennie and Ashley, in our Sunday best dresses, quietly waiting and listening to Sister Johns' welcome message. Despite my best efforts to stay focused on her words, I kept looking over at my father, sitting with my mother, and holding a small brown paper bag. He had been so mysterious about that bag and it's contents. When I asked about it, he got that twinkle in his eye that suggested he had something up his sleeve and just said it was his assignment.

I Tried to Send Help… But All I Found Were Showtimes, Cakes, and Silence
I typed “send help” at 2:11 AM. Google showed me movie showtimes. And for a second, I just stared at the screen, wondering if I had asked the wrong world. It wasn’t dramatic. Nothing had collapsed. No one was screaming. There were no flashing lights, no breaking news kind of emergency. Just a quiet, heavy kind of moment that sat on my chest and refused to move. My room was dim, lit only by my phone. The rest of the house was asleep, wrapped in the kind of peace that felt very far from me. I had been lying there for hours, turning over the same thoughts until they stopped making sense and just became weight. So I did the simplest thing I could think of. I searched for help. Not a hotline. Not anything specific. Just… help. “Send help.” It felt honest enough. But the results weren’t. The first thing that came up was a movie. A thriller. Dark poster, bold letters, nearby showtimes listed underneath like it was offering me entertainment instead of understanding. I almost laughed. Not because it was funny, but because it was so far from what I needed that it felt absurd. Like asking someone for water and being handed a menu. I scrolled. Nothing useful. Nothing human. Just more things trying to sell me something, distract me, redirect me. So I changed the words. “Send a cake.” I don’t know why I typed that. Maybe I was testing something. Maybe part of me wanted proof that the world could respond correctly to anything at all. And it did. Suddenly there were options everywhere. Bright images. Delivery times. Flavors. Same-day service. Reviews. Prices. A dozen ways to send sweetness to someone’s door without ever leaving your bed. That worked. Of course it did. You can send a cake at 2 AM. No questions asked. I stared at that for a while, too. Then, almost without thinking, I typed one more thing. “Send a friend.” This time, the screen hesitated. Or maybe it was just me. The results were… strange. Apps. Ads. Articles about making friends. Suggestions that felt like instructions instead of connection. Nothing that resembled what I meant. No button to press. No simple way to say: I don’t want advice. I don’t want solutions. I just don’t want to feel alone right now. That’s when it hit me—not loudly, not all at once, but slowly enough to feel. The world I was searching in knew how to deliver things. It just didn’t know how to show up. And maybe that wasn’t its fault. Maybe it was mine. Because somewhere between growing up and learning how to function, I had quietly stopped reaching out to real people. I had gotten good at handling things alone. Too good. To the point where even the idea of texting someone at 2 AM felt… inappropriate. So instead, I asked a search bar. And it answered the only way it knew how—with distance. I locked my phone and let the darkness settle again. The silence felt heavier now, but also clearer. Like something had shifted just enough for me to see it. I wasn’t actually looking for help. I was looking for permission. Permission to not be okay. Permission to reach out. Permission to take up a little space in someone else’s night. I sat up. It took longer than it should have, but I unlocked my phone again. This time, I didn’t open a browser. I opened my messages. There were names there. People I cared about. People who, at different points in my life, had told me to reach out if I ever needed anything. I had believed them at the time. Just not enough to test it. My thumb hovered over one name. Nothing special about it. Just someone who had been consistently kind. I opened the chat. Blank space stared back at me, waiting. And suddenly, this felt harder than anything else I had done that night. Harder than admitting I needed help. Harder than searching for it. I almost closed it. Almost went back to the quiet, familiar safety of handling it myself. But something stopped me. Maybe I was just tired. Tired enough to try something different. So I typed: “Hey… I know it’s late. You don’t have to reply. I just didn’t want to sit with this alone.” I read it twice. It wasn’t perfect. But it was honest. And for once, that felt like enough. I pressed send. No dramatic moment followed. No instant reply. The room didn’t change. The night didn’t soften. But something in me did. It wasn’t relief. It was movement. Small, almost unnoticeable—but real. Because for the first time in a long time, I hadn’t avoided it. I hadn’t numbed it. I had stayed with it—and let someone else see it. My phone buzzed a few minutes later. Just one message. “I’m here.” That was all. No solutions. No questions. No attempt to fix anything. Just presence. And somehow, that did more than anything I had searched for. I leaned back, the weight in my chest not gone, but different. Less like something I had to carry alone. It wasn’t a big victory. No one would notice. But I knew what it had taken. I had asked the wrong place for help—and then found the courage to ask the right one. And that small, honest message sent into the dark felt like the first real answer I had received all night.

Eleven Years of Hope
When the doctors asked him if he wanted to hop into a frying pan, Alexander of Severe Level III, long acquainted with doctor tongue, knew they meant they wanted to trial a new drug or a new treatment. Alexander said okay because he was tired of being shut up all day in the institution, and wanted to travel to the testing lab. More importantly, he had lost a central piece of himself to shrapnel when he stepped on a landmine eleven years earlier, and continued to perplex what was left of his cerebral cortex with the hope of its recovery.
