The Year I Chose Myself (And Watched My Life Reorganize)
I didn’t go into 2025 planning to become a better version of myself. I was just tired. Tired of proving myself, tired of always explaining my boundaries, and tired of acting like just getting by meant I was strong. Somewhere between exhaustion and clarity, I made a quiet decision that changed everything:

Stoke The Positivity
Introduction I do have major problems with self-doubt and every day something tells me to destroy my friendships and burn everything I have written, and every day I fight this and win. What Getting Sick Taught Me: Silence Has No Benefits
I was lying in bed, staring at the ceiling, thinking has life just stopped here? i don't know why this happen to me . Before I got sick, my life wasn’t super busy. From the outside, everything looked normal. I was managing work, home, all of it with a smile on my face. But inside, I was disturbed. For weeks, sleep wouldn’t come. Food had no taste. I didn’t feel like doing anything. Yet I kept going. I kept pretending I was okay, because that’s what we’re taught to do, right? Keep the smile on.
