The Value of Time دوخت ارزښت
Time is a silent currency. Unlike money, once it is spent, you cannot earn it back. Every second that passes is an opportunity used—or lost. People chase wealth, fame, and power, but often ignore the most priceless asset: time. Think of the moments you wasted waiting, scrolling, or doing things that brought no growth or peace. Now imagine using those same minutes to learn, build, or connect meaningfully. Time has the power to change your life, only if you respect it. In Afghanistan, there are countless stories of people who started with nothing—cutting wood, selling on the street—who used their time wisely and achieved success. What made them different? They saw time as a gift, not a burden. Use your time like gold. Spend it on learning, helping others, and moving forward. You can’t buy more time, but you can choose how to spend it. Make every moment count—because time never comes back.

The Beggar Who Became a Businessman
What if one sentence could change your entire life? At a bustling railway station, life passed in blurs of footsteps, whistles, and voices. Among the chaos sat a beggar — forgotten by most, invisible to many. He survived on coins tossed his way by hurried passengers. Every day was the same: stretch out your hand, hope for mercy, move to the next train.

It started with a declined credit card at a grocery store. Josh stood there with a $13 bill and no way to pay it. The Beggar’s Prayer That Changed My Destiny
I was done. Not just tired — not just sad. Done. Done pretending things were fine. Done forcing smiles in the mirror. Done believing the “positive quotes” taped to my fridge. It was a rainy Tuesday, the kind that seeps through your clothes and into your bones. The kind of rain that doesn’t just fall — it presses. I'd just walked out of my third job rejection in seven days. My shoes were soaked. My confidence was gone. And as I turned down the dim alley shortcut toward home, I thought: > “This is what the end feels like.” Not dramatic. Just… empty. --- 🌧️ The Encounter That’s when I saw him. An old beggar, sitting silently beneath a flickering streetlamp, wrapped in a torn shawl that barely clung to his shoulders. His posture was still, his expression calm. Like he wasn’t waiting for money — just… waiting. He didn’t speak. He didn’t gesture. He simply was. And for some reason — I stopped. Not out of pity. Not out of kindness. But because in that moment, I had nowhere else to go. And something about him felt… steady. Like a tree in a storm. He looked at me. “You look lost,” he said, quietly — like an old echo. I didn’t respond with words. I just nodded. He slowly reached into the inside of his coat and pulled out a small, folded piece of paper — wrinkled, yellowing at the edges. “Read this when you get home,” he whispered. No more. No less. Then he stood, nodded once with solemn grace, and walked into the curtain of rain like a character fading from a dream. --- 🏠 The Prayer At home, I almost forgot about the paper. I placed it on my table and stared at it, unsure why it mattered. But something in me — call it instinct, soul, whatever — told me to unfold it. The handwriting was shaky. The ink had bled in places. But I read the words anyway: > “O God, If this soul has lost his path, give him not light, but eyes to see in the dark. If his hands are empty, fill them not with gold, but with purpose. And if his heart is tired, give him not peace, but fire to walk again.” I didn’t understand why it hit me so hard. But I read it again. And again. Until the tears that hadn’t come for months finally rose — not from sadness… but from recognition. I wasn’t broken. I was paused. --- 🖋️ The Spark That night, I didn’t sleep. But I didn’t spiral either. Instead, I found a blank notebook — the one buried in my drawer for “someday” — and I started writing. Not a resume. Not a plan. Just… feelings. Thoughts. Honesty. Pain without punctuation. And it felt right. The next day, I wrote again. And again. Eventually, I started posting my writing anonymously online. No followers. No likes. But still — I kept writing. Two months later, someone asked me to write their story. They paid me. A few months after that, I self-published a collection of essays. It didn’t go viral. But it went out. I didn’t become rich. But I became alive. And that little folded prayer? It’s still pinned above my writing desk. --- ✨ What I Learned We often chase the big things: Money. Recognition. Love. “Success.” But sometimes what we need… is a spark. Not a miracle. Not a solution. Just a nudge in the direction of movement. That old man didn’t give me advice. He gave me perspective. He reminded me that I didn’t need to be fixed — I just needed to begin. Not with clarity. Not with strength. Just with a small step. And that’s all it took. --- 🧭 Final Words If you’re still reading this, maybe part of you is also waiting. For a sign. For proof that you're not alone. For something that says, “You still matter.” So here it is: > Start. Even if you're lost. Even if you're tired. Even if the world feels cold and you're holding nothing but a folded piece of hope in your pocket.

life is a gift. Content Warning.
Once in a quiet town, there lived a girl who had been blind since birth. She had never seen the sky, the colors of flowers, or even her own face. Because of this, she was unhappy with her life. She didn’t like herself and often stayed away from people. She felt like the world was unfair. But there was one person who stayed by her side—her boyfriend. He never gave up on her. He visited her every day, made her laugh, and helped her with everything she needed. He listened to her fears, her dreams, and even her silence. While the girl often felt frustrated with life, she never pushed him away. He was the only person she truly trusted. One day, while they were sitting together, she whispered, “If I could ever see the world, even just once, I would marry you.” Her words were honest. She believed that seeing the world would fix her sadness. Her boyfriend simply smiled and said, “I hope that day comes.” Months passed. Then one day, the girl received a call from the hospital. A donor had given her a pair of eyes. The surgery was arranged, and soon after, her world changed forever. When the bandages were removed, she cried tears of joy. For the first time, she saw the sky, the trees, and people’s faces. Everything looked so new and beautiful. She felt like she had been born again. Later, her boyfriend came to visit. She was excited to finally see the man who had stood by her side all those years. But when he stepped into the room, her heart sank. He was blind. He moved slowly, using a white cane. His eyes didn’t meet hers. He reached for her hand gently and smiled. “Now that you can see the world,” he said softly, “will you marry me?” The girl was silent. She looked at him, unsure of what to say. In her heart, a storm was brewing. The man she had imagined—the one she wanted to marry—wasn’t supposed to be blind. Her mind filled with doubt and fear. What would others think? Could she live with someone who couldn’t see? Finally, she shook her head. “I’m sorry,” she said. “I can’t.” Her words hit him like a stone. He didn’t say anything. He just nodded slowly, gave her a sad smile, and walked away. A few days later, she received a letter. It was short, written in his familiar handwriting. It said: > “I gave you my eyes so you could see the world you always dreamed of. Just promise me you'll take care of them well.” Tears rolled down her cheeks as she read the words. The truth hit her like a wave. He had given up his sight—his entire world—for her happiness. And in return, she had turned away from him. She clutched the letter to her chest, feeling shame and sorrow she had never known before. How could she forget all he had done? When she was lost in darkness, he was her light. And now that she could see, she had blinded herself with selfishness. Years passed, and the girl never saw him again. But every time she looked in the mirror, every time she admired the beauty of the world, she remembered the man who had loved her enough to give everything—even his vision—for her smile. --- Moral of the Story: We often forget those who stood beside us in the hardest times once our lives improve. It’s easy to celebrate joy, but loyalty is truly tested in pain. True love doesn’t count the cost. It gives without expecting anything in return. Always value the people who care for you when you have nothing, for they are the ones who truly love you. Final Thought: Life is a precious gift. Live it with kindness, cherish the ones who matter, and never take love for granted.
