When I went to shapes and figures they made the experience simple and enjoyable with nice feedback and they were able to find a suit I love and felt confident in. At first when they asked me to come out I wasn't so confident but they made it so easy for me to feel comfortable and have a positive experience in my swim suit. Be in the right headspace to try on lots. Often times we don't find the perfect one first try it takes lots of effort and time so make sure you aren't in a rush. Bring a supportive friend or family member. I brought my sister it was such a fun experience and it was very comforting having someone else with me so it was less scary along with the staff being so nice and supportive to us but it was nice to know she was in the next room over.

Come out of the change room. Even tough we might be uncomfortable it helps the sales people try and fit you and overall makes it so much more successful. If someone is judging you that says a lot more about who they are than it does about you. It helps to feel as confident as you can when trying swimsuits on because if you like one and cant come out in the store you will end up feeling a lot more uncomfortable once you hit the beach or pool. Practice makes better.

Make sure to ask the sales associate for help because they know the product and store much better then we do. All the stores we go into or organized so differently so it helps to have people know where to look and what to bring. Every single swimsuit brand style and size fits so different and without knowing much about all the products its hard to find things on your own.
