You can live powerfully when you have positive view of yourself and you can handle criticism.

Are you confident in yourself?

Let’s ask the question in a different way, since we are in the age of social media, do you delete your posts on social media if you receive offensive comments? Do you remove your profile picture on Facebook if you don’t get many likes? So why do you act like that?

Here we want to help you reach a whole new level of self confidence.

Firstly: don’t delete your profile picture on Facebook if you don’t get as many likes as other people’s

Trap number one is when you compare yourself to everyone else around you especially in terms of appearance and physicality. You can lose confidence in both appearance and physicality if you don’t get as many likes as other people’s.

You should understand one important thing; Facebook likes are not the criterion to test someone’s beauty.

If you don’t get many likes doesn’t mean you are ugly!!!! But it means other several things, we hope you glean some helpful insights from our words below:-

You may make too much editing of your photo which causes it to go bad after processing or you use low quality camera that makes you look bad in photos.

You are not a very social person, either in your real life or on FB, you don’t comment on your friends’ posts and photos so similarly they don’t hit likes on yours.

You are not active enough on FB so your photos don’t appear in your friends and followers’ newsfeed.

You have friends jealous of you and don’t want to show a big interest in your photos.

Your friends don’t waste their time online to catch your photos.

You add many unknown people randomly on your Facebook page; therefore those people don’t hit like on your photos because they don’t know you.

Remember Facebook likes are fading so don’t let people put you down. If you trust your appearance on FB, consequently you will be confident in your appearance in your real life.

Obesity and poor health are contributions to lower your self confidence so please take care of yourself.

Always tell yourself that you are beautiful. Share your smile with the world. Be distinguished from others by your colorful clothes, even by your scars on your face.

Secondly: Don’t fear to respond to offensive people

Do you fear to speak freely in public or express your opinions on social media in a trial to avoid the offensive people??

Let’s explain to you a reality: "you can’t satisfy everyone".

Our opinions emerge according to our different experiences, lifestyle, studies, belief, the wider differences between generations, even the obstacles that have stood in our life and the suffering we have endured, the progress that we have achieved. Therefore our opinions are different and could not be fully accepted and loved by everyone.

Don’t feel that you need all time to apologize for not expressing the opinions someone else wish you to say. If you receive offensive comments on social platforms, don’t delete them but reply to them courageously. If you gain the courage to reply the offensive comments on social platform, you will be courageous enough to respond to the offensive people in your real life.

Express your opinions politely without cruel and foolish words, without infringing others’ personal life and freedom.

Don’t recall the offensive comments. What happened yesterday should not affect your present day or the next. Ignore bad comments especially the bad ones written by unknown people on social media.

Take advice from people you trust

This step helps you find ways to deal with your emotional issues or stress you fail to face up alone which lowered your self-esteem.
