Take a minute to close your eyes. What is the first thing that comes to your mind? Do you think about something that makes you happy? Do you think about a loved one? Do you worry? Do you feel scared and lonely? Do you feel empowered? Do you think about the past? You most likely allow your mind to recede to the buzz of thoughts you were fidgeting in right before this. And that's okay. These stagnant moments in the world are meant to put a halt in time to reflect and sink into retrospection. Explore every angle of the spectrum of your emotions. Do whatever it is you've been meaning to get to. But most importantly, catch up with yourself and stop trying to race against the passage of time. Stop and lose yourself in nothingness. Allow yourself to do nothing. Break free from the constant pressure and expectations around you and do not feel bad for getting distracted. Feed your mind with these instances where the universe is openly giving you the privilege of extra time. Nourish your soul with these bountiful lapses. Detoxify your heart with forgiveness and love. Do nothing, because there is an endless horizon of something in nothingness.

What we want is right there in the distance. It doesn't need mountains to climb or bridges to cross; it is literally a matter of tapping into that brisk medium created by air. Nothing is unattainable and out of reach. Mankind's mistake is taking time for granted. We tend to overlook what's currently in our hands and the physical present moment we are in. Things are not meant to magically and seamlessly play out because we'd be doing nothing but perpetually craving what we "don't" have. And while everyone would argue that that is the psychological dilemma we are all drowning in, the fine line rests in between those who understand how to surpass that conceptual impediment and those who continue following an endless trail. The simplicity of the matter is that we need to have sense whacked into us to become appreciative of what we already have, tangible and intangible. We must savor every second of the present moment, sad or happy, sweet or sour, stressful or peaceful, ambitious or helpless, big or small because "that" precisely is the essence of life- to experience it in its every dimension.

The universe is working in our favor and there is always something good that comes out of madness. What are we to learn from if everything goes as planned? What growth are we going to experience if we cannot find self-worth and inner peace beyond our comfort zone? What happiness are we destined to relish in if we choose to constantly be unhappy? What tears are we going to hold back if we've never felt the bitter feelings of loss, fear, and struggle? What people are we going to avoid if we haven't come across the wrong ones? What person are we going to portray ourselves as if we can never accept who we truly are? Listen closely to the message the universe is trying to convey with you and take it as a stepping stone to dive in deeper into your senses.

These times are gifting us the opportunity to re-evaluate everything around us. These times are demanding us to be good to ourselves. These times are pleading kindness and union. These times are calling for awareness. These times are teaching gratitude. Everything will be okay. The world will be okay. But most importantly you will be okay...
