A Time out

We all have different emotions and deal with emotion differently, end of the day we still got to be there for one another, you are not alone. March 15 2021 is coming up and It’s been a year since our first stay at home order in California, USA. We have lost loved ones, we have lost friends, colleagues, neighbors, and strangers we don’t know, suddenly we have a time out. A Time out from our life - A Time out from our mind - A Timeout from our days - A Time out from the world. We have had to adapt to a zoom land, zoom world and it hasn’t been easy say the least. Parent’s that have dealt with homeschooling and then you have parents who have not been able to see their child due to stay at home order or due to their service to our nation. I am heartbroken just thinking of how many people that are and feeling alone and don’t know how to absorb this year long tragic event. I am here to say there is always a light end of the tunnel, and if it’s to heaven or to a better life here on earth only GOD knows. Having a life when you don't have a life - Having hope when you don't have any hope - Living a life with hope. Remember one thing, life would be extremely boring if we didn't have any challenges.

We The People; have been through this before in the early 1900’s and they overcame their challenges, so can we. By uniting 6’f apart, might not be ideal for a lot of people but you also have other people to consider, we got to stay together to get through this tough time. It’s been a year, look back and see all the things you overcame. We can point out all the negative things that we went through or we can see the positive, for me I chose to see the positive and look at what has happened in different perspectives and see how everyone is getting vaccinated. It puts a smile on my lips. Smile for your soul - Smile for your heart - Smile for your mind - Smile for your spirit - Smile for you.

If we look back on the past 15 years if not more, we can see one thing all the years have in common is global warming. “The theory that global climatic change, surface warming in particular, is increasingly caused by human emissions of greenhouse gases, mainly carbon dioxide from fossil fuel burning. Aerosol particles also emitted from fossil fuel and biomass burning are believed to result in cooling, partly masking global warming”( Marty Hoffert, New York University). And “One aspect of climatic change. Records indicate that since 1900, the Earth has warmed by o.5°C. In years, such as 1997 and 1998, in which there is an El Niño (unusually warm surface waters in the tropical Pacific) there tends to be a higher than average global (land and sea) temperature. Computer climate models suggest that rising greenhouse gas levels should be having an even greater effect than they are on this increase (see GREENHOUSE EFFECT). In the early years of the 21st century, the sun should warm slightly as it reaches a sunspot maximum” (M. Thain, M, Hickman). And that’s also where A Time out from our life - A Time out from our mind - A Timeout from our days - A Time out from the world, comes from. We need a timeout to slow it all down like the natural disasters. If the virus is the only thing that can put a break to our use of carbon dioxide and other chemicals, so be it, better now then when it’s too late. And it’s horrible but we got to look on the bright side of things, and remember it’s important to; Love your soul - Love your heart - Love your mind - Love your spirit - Love yourself.
