Speech will be the means for world in vast jeopardy where by men prevail-if they do prevail ,The interdependence of mind and speech is therefore complete. The biographies of great speakers and actors reveal startling transformation between their youth and their maturity-from fear to confidence and from superficiality to sincerity.

The Main Function Of Speech Is to Communicate

Speech and public speaking mechanism operates mainly according to quality and intensity of ideas that motivate it, Vivid and Sincere ideas and an impelling urge to communicate them will bring entire speech organism into vigorous adjustment.

Speaker is like a ship without Engine or a Rudder so if you are a public speaker always remember there is a right order for words in a sentence and for sentences in a discussion, 

Intelligent oral communication is basically different from written communication, A speech never delivered in a vacuum and whenever presented it invariably falls short of true communication.

A good speaker continually adapt his/her thoughts, words and behavior to people before him/her, He/ She will experience needs, fears and wants of audience which is a true power of oral communication, basically Public speaking is no longer regarded as one of fine arts for like oral communication in general

Audience should attentive , Attention should always be upon message being delivered not upon speaker

Confidence is contagious, give audience a chance to feel confidence in you, you will begin to feel it in yourself.

Barrier between Speaker and Audience, eyes must be upon written words except furtive glances which may be distracting and may cause jerky reading.

Select subject connected with your own experience

It should not be broad or complex

Decide what you are accomplish with your subject

Opening remarks that will arouse interest ,state and clarify your purpose
