Build bridges, not walls

There are times in our lives when we feel the need to start over. Whether we move to a different location, try a new hairstyle or wardrobe, learn a new skillset or dance moves, whatever it is, starting anew brings excitement and anticipation of what is to come. We become focused when it's something we are interest in and desire to do. Our best self begins to shine through when we are on our chosen path and pursuing our dreams and goals!

One day you are beginning, and before you know it you are coming to the end. Enjoy the journey so you can take your time through the ups and downs and get in tune. Things happen in a blink of an eye and before you know it the experience is over and you did not actually enjoy the true grit of it all.

There are times when you feel the need to reinvent yourself like the celebrities! Life takes you on so many twists and turns sometimes you don't know what to do with yourself. Our dreams give us an opportunity to imagine our lives in another realm. Imagining another life, and experiencing a different you, can be exciting and adventurous. It can give you a new outlook on life. Trying new things, traveling to new places, meeting new people, and experiencing life on another level can be filled with wonderful life lessons. Reading a book can take you on an imaginary journey to another place in time.

When you become complacent, you start to feel bored and tired of the same routine. Broaden your horizons and look for things that make you happy. Find out what brings you joy and build a new platform for rejuvenation and excitement. Look forward to the future of what you imagine! Bring those things to fruition and thoroughly enjoy the fruits of your labor!

Meditation brings you to new realizations you may not have otherwise imagined. Bring those things to fruition that you have been dreaming about and not had the opportunity or time to implement! Exercise your mind, body, and spirit to become a well-rounded, happy individual! Do not be confined within your mind. Open yourself up to new possibilities, being careful to guard your heart and your health! Become one with yourself, and you will be able to withstand anything, with or without a partner by your side! Depend upon your own strength and make yourself happy so you exude a positive chakra!

When you allow people into your circle, make sure they are worthy of becoming a part of what is positive and uplifting. Anytime you feel threatened or unappreciated, a change should be made to remove that person and discontinue your relationship. You should always feel liked or loved by those closest to you and who are privy to your lifestyle!

Reawaken your spirit and find the peace your life thrives best on, leaving all drama and negativity behind. Look forward to waking each day with joy and gratefulness. Be a blessing and continue to be blessed! We must build bridges that encourage, inspire, create peace, and build each other up, not walls that separate and tear down, discouraging, oppressing, or controlling! Friendly hugs help in many positive ways, as does the sense of touch, random acts of kindness and other types of support.

You can have the best relationship with the one person you may know better than anyone on earth… YOU! Be the best you, you can be. Do you feel a disconnect within your mind, body, and spirit? Are you looking for a higher power that is bigger than yourself? Do you know your purpose?

Keep in tune with your innermost desires and beliefs by meditating and practicing yoga. Becoming centered and one with the universe takes quiet time. Listening to your inner voice, you must be able to channel the energy needed to become grounded. Spending quiet time alone allows you to get in touch with who you are and desire to be. It gives you clarity on what you need for your best you!

There are a variety of options you can also use to help relax your mind and body, like spa days with massages or body wraps, hot herbal teas, lavender scents from candles and soaking bath bombs, or dissolving crystals during a hot bath.

Meditation and Yoga are always great ways to start your day. They help you become centered and grounded in the universe. A quiet environment helps the thought process and becoming in tune with your mind, body, and spirit! Fasting, repenting and praying help relieve your spirit!

Teas and other elixirs help remove toxins from the body, and supplements can also benefit when taken properly. Keeping in shape can become stressful if you do not have a routine or make it a part of your regular regimen. Everything you need to know can be found online (superhighway). Google, YouTube, Amazon, and others provide tons of information.

All of these things work in combination with regular checkups, exercise, eating right, and drinking "healthy water/beverages." There are great water pitchers out there that remove the "bad stuff" put in water to preserve it and kill bacteria, etc. It is sad that manufacturers are allowed to put harmful things in our bottled, and drinking water to "keep us safe!" There is a home remedy that will remove the pesticides from your fruits and vegetables that can be found on Pinterest.
