Money is NOT the gateway to Happiness

Money is only a tool for assets

I find it absurd of how many of these "hip-hop artists" log into their social media platforms every time they just "got into their bag", boasting about how much money is in their pockets and bank accounts. It's like they want the whole world to know how much moohlah they are earning. And what's sad is that millions on the internet will gladly glamourise it but never hard work and dedication.

There is a time to be bold and there is also a time to be humble. Sharing your bank account with everyone and their pet hamster is not exactly being humbled, in fact your rubbing it in most cases and could possibly be very dangerous for the whole internet to see how much you're stacking.

Nobody will be lucky enough or fortunate enough to have the perks and opportunities that these rappers and music artists get to be priviledged with. The "high" life isn't suitable for everyone nor is the fame. My clear message to these young rappers who are breaking in the music industry is.....humble, humble yourself! Because at some point 'what usually comes up will eventually come back down.'

Lets be clear, having money especially lots of it is extremely helpful to sustain a living, to pay off that mortgage, pay off that car note, pay off that electric bill so the electric company doesn't turn off your electric. You need to pay rent to your landlord monthly in order to avoid eviction. In order to live a comfortable, suitable and stabled life, you need financial security and most importantly financial discipline to know how to budget your money and spend it on the most important stuff. There is so many people when they gain a certain level of wealth, they let it stroke their ego as if the whole population should praise them.

The cold hard truth is when these famous celebrities or specifically rappers become rich and start "seeing" other women who either are on that same pedastol that they are on or they're just breaking in the biz, those same women will fall in love with the bank account--not the actual man. This is a problem that is currently happening within the dating world and the hip-hop industry, you could possibly argue in hollywood as well. It creates this backwards notion that you need alot of money to get the woman you desire or multiple. And it shows a lack of loyalty in the female that male is seeing. And it also paints the picture of that financial wealth is a man's greatest asset he brings to the table....yes and no, but mostly a no. What's the point of having lots of money if it means your happiness is compromised. You get money and buy lots of materialistic possessions that don't add value to your life. In the most famous yet uncensored words of Gary Vee "People are constantly buying things to impress people, they hate." People just buy dumb sh**."

I said all that mumble jumble to get to the actual point of this discussion, money is not the gateway to happiness, money is a tool to stimulate assets, business investments, and most importantly a living situation. The reason why people lose so much money in a short period of time is because they are not financially disciplined to put their expenses to work for them and gain more investments from their initial investment. It comes down to having a plan for the future and using your available assets and resources to build a flourishing business or career that sets you off for life.

The financial freedom and the fruits of you're labor are the true gateways to happiness. You just have to work for it!

PS. Use you're stimulus checks very wisely and make the most out of them to build up your income and future!

Happy New Years everyone. 2021 is the year that we crush it!!
