Let's start the video, without any delay And know all these thing in detail [Music] The major factor responsible for heart disease is cholestrol When cholesterol is increased in your body then there are two types of cholesterol One is HDL cholesterol and the other is LDL cholesterol LDL is called bad cholesterol and HDL is called good cholesterol LDL is called bad because it sticks inside our blood vessels and cause blockages hence, HDL is called good because it reduces the LDL cholesterol when we talk about reducing cholesterol Then our target should be to reduce LDL and total cholesterol where, HDL cholesterol should not be decreased The medicines you take for reducing cholesterol, has the only problem It reduces the LDL as well as HDL cholesterol also. first home remedy for reducing cholesterol, Is to use Garlic ( lassun ) Garlic contains a sulphur compound called as Alecin which reduces the excess amount of LDL in the body reduces the triglycerides also But it doesn't affect your HDL cholesterol which is called good cholesterol It doesn't increase it nor it decrease the HDL levels along with this, Garlic make your blood thin and regulates your Blood pressure which reduces the intensity of getting heart attack If you want to use garlic, You can daily take two pieces in the morning but you should take care of one thing before eating garlic you should down into small pieces and leave it for 2-4 minutes before eating. which will give you better results when you leave it after cutting for sometime then the sulphur compound Alpecin gets activated which gives you better results The second most effective remedy that reduces your cholesterol is Green Tea. The Green tea contains polyphenol antioxidants in very high amount In Fact it is the richest source of polyphenol and polyphenols are such types of antioxidants which reduces the total cholesterol, LDL, triglyceride and reduces the free radical damage in our body and the best thing it consist is that It increase the HDL or good cholesterol in our body It benefits in two ways, by eliminating the bad things and increase the good things green tea reduces the cholesterol absorption from the food we eat If the absorption is less then we get help to decrease cholesterol You take daily 2-3 cup of green tea if you want to get better result One thing you should be sure of that you should not put sugar on green tea Third home remedy is Psyllium husks Psyllium husk can reduce your cholesterol quickly and safely manner In fact, has already FDA approved it, to include in the medicinal list Psyllium husk contains high amount of soluble fibre which stops the absorption of cholesterol in the food you eat which results in decrease of cholesterol level in your body If you want to use psyllium husk take 1-2 tablespoon or 10-20 gm daily If you dive the dose in two times a day, 30 minutes before food and 1 teaspoon before dinner for best results or take 2 teaspoon at night for everyday if you can't take on daytime fenugreek or methi is also a good compound to decrease cholesterol It contains antioxidants named as Saponins which eliminates LDL from the body and reduces the absorption of cholesterol in the body. I you want to use fenugreek, then put 1 tablespoon in the glass with water and keep it for whole night In the morning, boil it and drink the water by filtering it and the remaining fenugreek can be consumed by the spoon for better result. The last home remedy is 'Amla' Amla is an effective way to decrease your cholesterol in fact, there was a report published by Indian general of pharmacology on Amla In this report, Amla was compared with cholesterol lowering drugs and the report says that, amla reduces the cholesterol as well as oxidative damage and the atherosclerosis, which means the tightening of nerves In old ages, It reduces this process too. along with this, It makes your heart's blood vessels healthy and flexible. so, it is told that if you use amla, it will reduce your cholesterol and will reduces the chances of heart attack and stroke. you can use the preserved version of amla Take two pieces from the preserved collection and eat daily at morning in empty stomach to get a good result. If you are Diabetic and don't want to eat sweet you can take powder form of amla, which are easily found in market Mix one spoon of amla powder with a cup of water in the morning and take it every night before sleep.
