The beauty in Acne
What is acne? This has now become a not so very much asked question because of how normalised acne has become. However, for the sake of the article and to all people who are unfamiliar with the term, acne is a skin condition that causes individuals to get spots and usually really oily skin due to hormone imbalances in the body. Acne is very common among all ages but majorly ones teenage periods, when an individual begins puberty. Acne is not necessarily a face-only condition, many people may have body acne on their chest or back.

The Woman I Turn To
There are so many influential women in the world, women that have strived for and accomplished many incredible things in life. Women that have overcome their fears and pushed for greatness, women that have always remained determined no matter what obstacles have been thrown in their path, women that have kept hope even when it seemed no hope was left. The woman that overcome her anxiety and gained confidence in her abilities, the woman that learned that she was capable of anything, the woman that fought to build a business that only she could see the potential, the woman that learnt how to become a role model for others, the mother that raised phenomenal men and women through unselfish acts knowing that she herself must remain disciplined in the eyes of temptation.

Women Who Inspire
November 26th. It was an unusually rainy night, and an unsettling feeling took root in my gut. I was excited about the upgrade to my hotel room from run of the mill single to suite...and seemingly for no reason, something told me you had something to do with it. When I opened the double doors to suite, I barely had time to pore over the room’s details. A neon sign hung from the wall on the right hand side, that said “be happy,” a quick glance to the left and there was a spray bottle on the floor, almost as if someone had just left the room. I quickly glanced around, eyes darting one hundred eighty degrees, flicked on the intense light in the bathroom, no one.

Stretching Yourself Can Feel Amazing
A while ago, I’m still not exactly sure why, I started ballet lessons. Those who know me best find this to be hilarious. I am not, to say the least, proportioned like your typical ballet dancer. I also have slightly inward knees, so even a basic first position is difficult for me to do with any measure of grace, never mind ease. I have never had hand-eye co-ordination or any ability to quickly grasp instructions regarding what I do with my body. I am not particularly fit.

Inspired by Her Love
There are so many women who inspire. In a country where we were able to have an eight year journey with the most inspiring First Lady in the likes of Lady Michelle Obama, from the forerunners of social justice to the pillars of empowerment movements, we have it all. In my mind's eye recently I have observe one of the most strongest women, these past months, Vanessa Everett. January 24, 202 will forever be the crossroad for one of the moving moments of my life, my Bishop transitioned. As we, the congregation, extended family members, churches and clergy alliances across the country began to mourn, Lady Vanessa, inhaled and took her place immediately as I can recall, serving others as they began to hear the news of the passing of Bishop James Everett, II.
