What is a positive attitude, someone summed up a sentence: "everything is a positive attitude". It's good to have this mentality all the time, but can you really have it all the time? If you think in the right direction, things don't necessarily go in the right direction. The reality will one day make the mentality collapse. Positive energy is good, but a person has 100% positive energy and no negative emotions. I don't believe there is such a person.

People who face everything "happily" on the surface, the pressure on their hearts is unknown to outsiders. It's just the power of belief that pushes him forward, doing everything possible to solve the problem. The moment he got out of the predicament, he could experience real happiness, and it was this happiness that became his strength the next time he encountered a problem. Life is all about solving a problem today, and there are more problems waiting for you tomorrow. What you need to cultivate is not a positive attitude, but a normal mind.

When people encounter a problem, their subconscious reaction is to avoid it. Those who can overcome it have a big goal and have an estimate of the amount of difficulty they will encounter in the process of approaching the big goal. Happy process. With these small joys, there is more strength to get closer to the big goal step by step. It is rare to hear successful people complain about life. Although it does not mean that his life is complete, it is enough to reflect their optimism about life and firmness in their beliefs.

If the spiritual level is too high to reach, the pursuit of external enjoyment becomes worthless?

Spiritual happiness is something that everyone seeks. The threshold of low-level pleasure is very low, and it can come from the body. For example, "sexual" pleasure is a kind of pleasant feeling after the body receives the original stimulation. It is easy to obtain, but it is very short-lived and cannot be lasting. Think about it, drug users are pursuing pleasure rather than happiness, and many drug users think that drugs bring him happiness. In fact, this is not happiness at all, but short-term pleasure. "Sex", "drug addiction", "drinking", and "gluttony" can all get short-term happiness but not lasting. This is the most primitive kind of bodily happiness. Let's call it primitive pleasure.

There is another form, that is, people cling to the goal, strive to pursue the goal, and release after psychological satisfaction after reaching the goal, which is actually a short-term happy state after one's "greed" is "satisfied". Parents’ requirements for children to “study well, college well, work well, earn well, and live well” are the universal values of happiness at the moment. Adults work hard every day to “earn more money, live in a bigger house, be a bigger official, and develop a career in society”. Bigger company, buy better product" is the happy value practiced by adults.

Or back to the topic, a person who is not rich enough in material has no time to consider spiritual needs. Because his time is occupied by the needs of survival, he runs around for a living every day, like a busy ant on the ground. You will also say that the richer the busier, the more money they want. Of course what you say is true. And what I'm talking about is that a person's spiritual needs are built on a rich material basis.

If I say to young people who are poor in material: You should not pursue material things, you should strive to improve your spiritual cultivation. I don't think it's helping him. You can have it and then give up. The decision to give up after thinking about it is the choice you make after talking to your heart. Saying goodbye to something that never existed is just lip service. Without the pain of giving up, how can a person grow.

You make plans for the enjoyment of the outside world (food, clothing, housing, and transportation). You have needs and steps, and you can obtain them through legal channels. This is the realization of a small goal and the acquisition of spiritual happiness. I am not in favor of borrowing, spending beyond my means. I once wrote an article on the pleasure of consumption and happy consumption, you can read it if you are interested.

Material is not everything in life, but the process of acquiring material can bring people spiritual enjoyment.

Material supremacy or spiritual supremacy is defined by others and is being sold. If not, everyone must think carefully. Don't think that what this person said today is right, understand that what that person said is reasonable, change back and forth, make yourself dizzy, and don't know how to live. Pursuing the enjoyment of material life and the pursuit of enriching the spiritual world are just choices of different lifestyles.

Set goals for yourself every day, work hard towards your goals every day, and move forward persistently, without thinking about the present or life, just work hard for your goals, and gradually you will find that the dark night sky of life will occasionally flash. The fireworks are gorgeous and beautiful, and it is those fireworks that synthesize the main theme of your life.
