How To Realize Desires Or How Many Desires Do You Need To Write On Your Wish List?

We all want our desires to be realized, but this does not work out for everyone or not always. What to do to make wishes come true?

One of the tools for this is to compile a wish list and re-read it daily, or rather rewrite it.

However, this tool sometimes seems to work well, and sometimes not in the best way. But why? Why do wishlists sometimes work, and sometimes not? What is needed in order to increase the return on this tool and achieve the realization of desires?

How many desires do you need to write on your wish list so that they are realized in the best way? This question is one of the most important for the successful realization of desires, no less important than the visualization technique and methods for achieving goals, but not much is written about it.

I read completely different opinions about this. Someone thinks that in the wish list you need 7 desires, someone 10, someone as much as there is at all, that is, list and achieve all the desires. But we do not just want to write our desires, we want them to come true and with the greatest probability. We want our desires to come true with the least effort for us and within a reasonable time. We want all our desires to be realized.

I will express my opinion, based on personal experience.

Total, you have many many desires. And you even write them on some list of goals. Someone writes five desires, some ten, and some dozens. The mere compilation of such a list is a good thing, as it helps to better realize these very desires.

But how many desires need to be recorded and, accordingly, then reviewed so that it comes true with the greatest probability. In other words, how many goals do you need to write down to make the maximum number of dreams come true and with the least effort?

If your desires are very small, such as eating a cake or being alone for a couple of hours, then such desires can be quite a lot. It is possible that there may be several dozen.

However, if you want to realize large desires, then it is better to focus on one large. More precisely, set one major goal and begin to achieve it.

So, the life principle of the realization of desires. Focus on one desire and you will achieve much more than if you want a lot in different directions.

Today this principle seems to be obvious. But I can’t say that it always has been. Let's give a small analogy.

Suppose you have 100 thousand dollars. (maybe a million dollars, the main thing is that this amount is large enough for you). And let's say you want to spend this money on the implementation of your goals. If you concentrate and spend these 100 thousand dollars. (or a million) for one thing, you can significantly advance in some part of your life. Suppose that you pay for studies at the institute in a couple of years or go somewhere abroad or something else.

However, if you break 100 thousand dollars. for 20 wishes of 5 thousand dollars each, then most likely nothing will change dramatically in your life, but just a set of new things or furniture. That is, in fact, nothing qualitatively changes in your life. You will live as you did, but it might be a little better.

Of course, in real life, it is almost impossible to spend 100 thousand dollars. for something big, but forget about the rest. After all, things are torn, furniture breaks, etc. But I talk about the general principle, and not about the specifics. This principle is focusing on one goal. And if it comes to money, then it can be 80 thousand dollars. will be spent on a major desire and 20 thousand dollars. to maintain something smaller.

Of course, you can argue and tell me if it’s easier to make it so that there is 10 times more money in relation to this analogy, and not think about what to buy. Usually not easier. As a rule, it is easier to concentrate on one thing than to increase the amount of money or to develop your abilities. Although I do not deny the way to increase abilities, and it does not contradict this principle.

Now let's move on to the goals. If you have any major desire, then in order to achieve something beyond your usual level, so that not only everything remains the same with minor improvements, but so that there is a qualitative leap in some area, you need to focus all your efforts on one goal. At some point, all free time and energy should be directed to it.

What is a big desire (goal)? Big desire has nothing to do with its “size” in its ordinary sense. This does not have to be a palace, making a billion dollars or anything like that.

A major desire is a desire that is not ordinary for you, new to you, that desire that will make the best of your life for the better, where you do not have any knowledge to achieve this goal, etc. If you want to go in for sports, you have never played sports (or for a long time), then playing sports is a big desire. If you have never moved up the career ladder, then the smallest step forward is a major desire. If you have been an insecure person all your life, but want to be at least at an average level of confidence, then this is also a major step.

If you want to achieve two major desires at the same time, then the probability of your success is reduced by a factor of five at least.

You just think. It is enough to desire not just one thing, but to want to fulfill two wishes, how do you transform yourself from a person who realizes one desire after another (not necessarily, I repeat, these are large goals in the ordinary sense of the word) into a person who has one of five desires.

It's that simple, you might think. Exactly so, nowhere is easier.

If you want to achieve three major desires at the same time, then you are practically doomed to a major failure.

In other words, if you have the habit of wanting three major goals, then you immediately or gradually turn into a loser, who does not succeed or only the simplest and smallest desires come true.

It would seem quite obvious things. The number of desires that can be fulfilled is limited. And the easiest way to increase the likelihood of achieving a goal is to focus only on it, cutting off the rest.

But if this principle of achieving desires is so simple and obvious, then maybe it’s not worth writing an article about it, because all people observe it already? But there is nothing further from the truth. On the contrary, the vast majority of people try to fulfill several of their desires at the same time, and then they are disappointed in the result and do nothing.

Then this cycle repeats. The person is again inspired and tries to do several major things at the same time, and again fails.

I do not think that I am so smart and always focused on one desire. Not at all. I used to make this mistake quite often, now less often.

But somehow I sat down and analyzed why some of my wishes come true, while others do not? What is common between my behavior when my dreams come true and those dreams that have remained dreams?

There were several similarities. But all my significant successes and achievements were related to the fact that I gave up (not completely of course, but almost completely) all my affairs and all my free time, energy, the best and most productive hours I sent to just one desire.

This concentration has always yielded sharp advancement and significant results. If you spend 2-3 months every day (or maybe 10 hours), at your best time, move your desire, then it’s almost impossible not to feel any significant changes.

In these 2-3 hours, you can engage in self-hypnosis and visualization. You can also learn and naturally do something, for example, call, meet, train, etc.

And if in reality, you move every day for 2-3 hours to some goal, visualize, act, analyze the results for 3-6 months or more, then I do not believe that there are no results. Maybe the results will be much more significant than you thought, maybe not so significant, but they will certainly be.

Naturally, I didn’t mean that you only want one thing and write one goal on the wish list. You achieve your desire and you can start another.

I now told you about one of the most powerful methods to achieve your goals. If you learn to use it, then you will come true several times more desires and better than before. Your whole life can change dramatically if you only want to and can adhere to this principle.

At first glance it may seem that adhering to this principle of fulfillment of desire is quite simple. But in reality, focusing on one desire requires quite a lot of effort. After all, our life is so arranged that it constantly switches us from one to another.

Something urgently appears at your supervisor, at your friends. Maybe some kind of fatigue arises from the fact that you are doing about the same thing. In general, maintaining focus on one desire, if it is not about one day, but about several months, is not so simple.

To facilitate this concentration, it is imperative to keep records.
