How to activate the full potential

Keep the truth of life in mind and your life will get better and better

In coaching psychology, there is an Ericksonian five principles, which expound five truths of life and tell us the ultimate growth points of potential. When you know how to use these five points to guide your life, your life will be better and better.

Every life is good

Every life is good. When we keep this statement in mind, we may understand that life is not a process of deep criticism of ourselves, but a continuous activation of the self through acceptance of the self.

No matter what we have experienced, we have to believe that we are OK. I once told a participant that our problems tend to think that it is a problem, which is the root cause of the problem.

We need to come to know ourselves again, not as a problem of consciousness, but fully allow each consciousness to be present in our own lives, then our lives will continue to rise.

One participant, who was male, told how he especially liked older males to hug him. He used to think he had a problem, and when I told him that he had no problem with his consciousness, he was internally relieved.

Ultimately, we have to believe that a good life is one in which we allow ourselves to have all kinds of consciousness and to reacquaint ourselves with our inner needs through surface behavior.

By allowing ourselves to understand, as we have shown, that there is our wisdom and the essentials of life behind each of our actions, we let go of our inner conflicts and reintegrate ourselves, and our lives are restored as they were in the beginning.

Everyone has all the resources to succeed

Activating our potential is the process by which we first understand that life is a process of unifying ourselves with superconsciousness. The more one empties down, the more one discovers the whole of life.

According to psychologists, the more stressed people are, the more their consciousness is very limited, receiving only a few fragments of information at a time, which come from both our inner and outer worlds. In contrast, when we gradually relax inside the superconscious can perceive information beyond the limits of consciousness.

The superconscious mind manages all life processes and may not require the involvement of the conscious mind to make our body systems work. Superconsciousness allows us to remain whole within ourselves, navigate the entire environment with great ease and comfort, and maintain a happy state of mind within us.

When we master superconsciousness, often we no longer rely on the advice or approval of others, you can discover the great possibilities for success in your deep cognitive system and begin to challenge yourself to push yourself to greater success.

Everyone can make the best choice for themselves

In the view of psychology, each of us will have the coordination of the three brains. People are the three brains the instinctive brain, emotional brain, and cerebral cortex are in charge of each behavioral choice with each other, and when the three brains interact with each other, they can make the best choice from the whole.

When we can integrate our instinctive and emotional brains and our cerebral cortex, we resonate internally. When you are willing to accept yourself as you are and think the best, you can develop the flexibility and skills in the present moment that will help expand knowledge and growth opportunities, requiring us to be awakened, committed to rediscovery, and focused by practicing new ways of living and doing things.

The best choices we can make for ourselves are essentially the best choices we can make for ourselves by systematically integrating ourselves well and tapping into our inner subconscious.

So how do we make the best choices for ourselves, coming from a time when we are filled with inner peace and happiness after we have made a deep discovery and understanding of our own lives and beliefs?

There is no wrong motivation or emotion, every action has a positive intent

As we grow, we need to understand a very important fact, there is no right or wrong motivation or emotion.

There is no right or wrong in terms of emotion or motivation, there may be some incorrect behavior, but there are positive intentions in both motivation and emotion.

For example, a parent consulted with me about her child stealing money, and I shared with her that it was wrong for the child to steal money, but the child's intention to steal money was not wrong, meaning there was nothing wrong with the child needing some money to dominate his or her life.

Learning to separate motivation from behavior is a sign of maturity and our ability to see ourselves more accurately.

We grow in life by constantly adapting good behaviors to fit our growth needs, not by satisfying our needs in bad, low-level ways.

For example, if a thief steals money to meet his needs and a thief meets his needs by working hard to earn money, we can see that a more positive approach is what leads to better growth in life.

If the wrong behavior is used to fulfill our life, then our life will fall into a negative consciousness. And positive behavior activates our own life.

We need to realize that there are many ways to do anything through positive intentions. Choosing good behavior for you and me to achieve growth in our lives can bring healthier growth in our lives.

Change happens all the time

Our bodies are changing every day. Scientists have found that our human cells can only survive for about half an hour, and in the time it takes you to read this sentence, a single human cell can only survive for about 50,000 cells to die and be replaced by a new newspaper; did you know that bones are renewed every three months and you get a new layer of skin every month?

Change happens, too, all the time, everywhere. What you may not know is that your perceptual system is always receiving various forms of stimuli and constantly adjusting. At the same time, the external environment is always responding to you.

Our inner and outer worlds are always changing in a variety of ways, and as a response to all internal and external changes, change in each of our lives is inevitable an ongoing cycle, and there is always an opportunity for you, as a new whole, to work towards your purpose, your goals, your meaning in life.

These five words reveal the meaning and broad value of life. When you know how to want to activate the full potential of yourself, we can use these five words to guide ourselves and help us towards self-reinvention, and when we know how to use these words as the cornerstone of our life, we can become the master of our own life.
