DIFFERENT ENERGY

Dealing with different energy from the people around you can be draining, especially if your energy goes up and down to match the people you are around.

There are two types of energy you can have ….Either negative or positive.

Negative Energy

Negative Energy is the most draining energy to be around. This is because misery loves company. Meaning it can take away from your positive energy and make you have negative energy if you allow it.

Signs of Negative Energy

•Complaining : Everything you disagree with does not require your complaint. Especially if what you disagree with is a blessing to most people. Be happy with Change ! Most of the time people complain because they can’t adapt to new ways. But change is good.

•Bullying / Gossiping: Jealousy kills positive energy. If you have something negative to say about someone, then maybe you need to evaluate yourself. A lot of times we talk about other people's flaws to avoid our own. This can increase our negative energy and keep us from growing as a person. Focus on yourself and not other people.

•Arguing: Whew Chile ! Arguing and constantly fighting with someone is draining! Try listening to what the other person is saying, because y’all both could be saying the same thing in a different way. Don’t spend most of your time arguing with someone. End that toxic relationship today. After a argument you can be left unhappy or feeling stupid. It’s okay to have disagreements with people from time to time , but arguing just to prove that you are always right is just not right.

•Unsupportive: You see your Instagram friend trying to start a business,but you can’t give them a follow or a like or don’t have time to share . You think their business is fake or that person doesn't have what it takes. You can’t even believe in them . The truth is , you don’t believe in yourself and you are jealous of other people's success. Well you keep watching from the sideline ...I’m pretty sure that person doesn’t care. Being supportive is very rare.

Positive Energy

Positive Energy always feels good. It’s so self rewarding. It can be contagious, meaning it can drive out the negative energy in people. Positive energy is powered by positive thoughts.

Signs of Positive Energy

•Optimistic: When you have positive energy you will never give up on a task. You will always drive to reach your goals no matter how hard it gets. You will also encourage others to reach their tasks and goals. Great problem solving skills are needed to be optimistic. You have to know how to come up with multiple ways to reach success.

•Loving /Caring: There is no hating when you are trying to spread positivity. You don’t only tell people that you love them but you are also good at showing them. You can show them by supporting their dreams and telling others that they should believe in them too. Having positive energy is more than saying I love you.

•Count Blessings: Don’t focus on what you don’t. Nor complain about what you can’t do. But anyways focus on your blessings. Your blessings can get you farther than your complaints.You can always use your ability and the skills you already have to get what you don’t have. So never say you can’t do anything. If you are blessed with knowledge you might as well achieve your goals. No need to get jealous of others when you see how blessed you are.

Higher Energy

Never match a person's negative energy. It’s hard when you are constantly around that person, which is why you have to cut some people off. Don’t fight with negative people, it’s a waste of time and energy. Focus all that energy on your dreams. There is no need to get revenge. You wouldn’t want that if you have positive energy.
