HELP FOR THE HOPEFULL, my ultimate gift of giving back to the community I love. This non-profit organization is fully mentally and consciously equipped. Designed to create new achievers and dreamers. Develop strong thinkers and produce self-efficiency. Instill a new way of successfully thinking.

This is more than A cry for help, also a suggestion. An idea I've put in motion is to advance the youth and uplift a people. I've felt the pain and touched the people. I live the dream on a daily basis. I thank and honor past activists who lived and died to instill their idea of HOPE.

This is the premise of my idea! I guess a great start would be honorable assistance from A STATE FUNDING ASPECT of course. Missouri congress maybe? Whatever the assuming case may be, I'd humbly address my conclusion as followed:

HELP 4 THE HOPEFULL through PaPco. Development Group has created and developed a fun program designed for the youth. To encourage and develop masterful techniques, to succeed in life. I 'VE GROWN TO LOVE THE GAME OF CHESS. With hard work and dedication, I volunteer the knowledge and understanding of the game and life. A-CHESS CLUB FOR CHILDREN is teachable of life skills, and leadership. Creativity and productivity are certain intents.

HELP4THE HOPEFULL proclaim an OPERATION RE-SET. Funds prospectively attained continually refuel the MACHINE.

PURPOSE: INSTILL HOPE IN THE YOUTH, HELP THE HOMELESS, AND UPLIFT THE SUFFERING ADDICT...

VISION: THROUGH FUNDRAISING/ COMMUNITY SERVICE WE HOPE TO ATTAIN THE RESOURCES NEEDED TO PROGRESS FORWARD...

DESIRE: GIVE LIFE & HOPE TO A MUCH-NEEDED COMMUNITY, CHANGE LIVES, INPUT GUIDANCE.

Let's face it, the young minds are under attack! I elect my community for ground zero. I present my assistance and activism. PaPco. Development Group has been a vision for decades. We set forth a plan to advance a community from within. We are comfortable in our home base and accept the responsibility so often forgotten.

First and foremost, thank you for the time set forth looking over my intentions. My name is D'Angelo E. Gardner citizen and resident of Saint Louis city. I've had a memorable experience, to say the least. I'll be brief and to the point. Over the past 30 plus years, I've lived, loved, and hated a community I've now grown to appreciate and understand, its strongest and weakest points. Not many of my neighbors and fellow activists share a difference of opinion concerning our future. We know this for sure.

Today I'm a writer/prospecting publisher @ Un-BrokenGrammar. I've written a number of stories and expect to be a bestselling author. My studies plus experiences have led me to see productivity and progression. The dream left for so many, by so many continues.

I have discovered the ELEMENT, for now, imagine an undeniable force! A fact-based scientific and spiritual breakthrough. To say I'm excited is not giving my truest feeling just due. I've reached out to you not only for a positive connection but out of gloom and desperation. Our children are dying more rapidly by the day. The time for action and change is evident!
