Often when I find myself in a life dilemma, I ask myself, "SURELY THERE MUST BE A REASON WHY I AM ON THIS PLANET AND WHY I EXIST IN THIS TIME." We all possess a quality and potential has been assigned to us, it is only a question of how much we will develop it. The main obstacles in our development today are the focus on material values, where our primary concern is money rather than the development of our intellectual and physical abilities. If you are not focused on the process of work but on the final goal, you lose the will and enthusiasm as soon as things start going in the opposite direction of what you intended, which happens in most cases. You do not enjoy the journey itself, but you are already thinking about the destination where you have not even arrived yet. What does that mean? THAT YOU SIMPLY DO NOT NOTICE THE BEAUTIES YOU PASS BY. THE BIGGEST OBSTACLE THAT IS PRESENTED TO MOST PEOPLE IN THE BUSINESS SEGMENT OF LIFE TODAY IS HOW TO BE PRODUCTIVE AND EFFICIENT IN THEIR WORK WHILE ACHIEVING SUCCESS.

Dedication and conscious presence are the two most important parameters for success, because what you do must be at a high level in order to accomplish the task in the most successful way possible. The problem that arises in such cases is in our mind. If we know that we are bombarded with millions of pieces of information every day, which we receive through various broadcasters such as media, internet, print, and other people, our minds constantly create various movies and scenes. That is why it is important when we do a job that requires our successful realization that our mind, first and foremost, must be freed from all unnecessary information and focused only on the action we are performing at the moment.

How can we achieve this?

Simply by using the technique of stopping thoughts, which we must work on every day, by surrendering to the present moment, being completely in it, at a high level of conscious presence. To reach such a level, it takes time, but even that will not guarantee you the ability to be perfect in that segment, because you will experience certain situations where you will in certain situations, your thoughts may overwhelm you and drag you to your side, distracting you from the main focus of your work.

What can we do in such a case?

Surely, we will not try to swim in the opposite direction, trying to resist such a force, but simply accept that power without resistance and the direction in which it carries us, but at some point, we will decide that such a situation is unpleasant for us, and we will try to "jump out" of such a flow.

I will give you just two examples that confirm my current thesis on success. You have all heard of the world tennis champion Novak Djokovic.

The personality he presents himself as can be seen through his actions both on and off the court. Outside the tennis court, he is a modest person whom you can see on the street without a crowd of security guards. He does not show expensive cars, villas, houses, branded clothing, or luxury destinations. What does that tell you? That his focus is not on material values, nor does he identify with such things, but that tennis as a sport is his main PREOCCUPATION in which he wants to be the best for sports reasons, not material ones.

The second example I will give you also comes from the world of sports, and that is NBA basketball player Nikola Jokic. Some would say a miracle of a player who dominates on basketball courts and is equally good at playing against much better athletes than he is. When you look at his life off the court, you can also see that expensive cars, villas, destinations, or clothing are not displayed, but that his behavior shows the simplicity of life. His greatest passion after basketball is horses, and when he is on the court, he enjoys the game and gives his best. The reason for his success is that he is not focused on material values but is dedicated to what he does, enjoys it, and gives his maximum. So, to conclude this story, I would like to make one statement that reads, "Do not think about the fruits of your labor, but focus on the process itself, and the fruits will come on their own."
