It may be depressing to live a life without any goals or wants.

Having no purpose is one of the reasons people depressed.

It’s just the word “purpose”, we know what it means, but we don’t know what is ours

so now we gonna look for our purpose, dreams, desire, you name it.

Follow all the steps, Do all the activities, and find your purpose in just 10mins.

1. Think about how you want to see your life

Think of your life and how you want it to be in the next 5 years and 10 years. Your career, your health, your relationship, your lifestyle, your habits, etc.

If it really happens, how would you feel? Get that emotion and live in the thoughts for 5 minutes…

The key is emotion and think it in detail.

Just think about it, no excuses, no impossibilities, no how!

You will have the desire to have this life after doing it.

2. Write down all these thoughts.

When you think about it, it’ll be more like a guided meditation if you’ve tried it before.

Visualize every detail and write them down in your notebook or journal.

And also don’t think about anything, just write them down exactly how you see your life in the future.

Here are a few helpful questions:

what your future self does in free time

what your future self focuses on in his daily life.

what is his relationship with family, friends, and colleagues look like

how much money does he make monthly, yearly

the differences between present you and future you (a great question)

Answer these questions (add if you want to) in lists.

That list is the treasure, in other words, your dream life, I guess.

3. List again your value and importances

Make a list of things that you cannot live without, both tangible and intangible.

Could be your mobile phone, alcohol, your wife or husband, money whatever for each field like your career, your daily life, etc.

Again, just write down everything. Don’t judge yet.

But sometimes what we don’t realize is the most important thing in our lives could be the smallest thing that has no physical value but a mental one.

For me, the most important thing for daily life is my to-do list with time blocking. Without it, I mess up everything. And what I value most is my personal time because I feel more creative and can be whoever I want to be.

So make a list of things that you think are important and valuable to you. Write down everything.

4. Recall your past achievements

Now it’s time to be in the past. Think about what achievements did you get, what is your favorite one, and which one is the most valuable achievement for you, (might be one or more).

Write down in detail- how did you try to succeed, what and who supports you, what ability you have helped you to achieve, why you think it’s the most valuable one, etc.

This will be a beautiful time because you’re recalling the emotion, the people around you when you achieved it, and the people who helped you in the process.

Even find out your ability, potential, and might be hidden talents. So pay attention to this part.

5. Read everything in detail

Now it’s time to find out what you wanna do in life.

Read the list and everything you wrote before. This time is the time to judge.

Judge what is good and bad, what is useful and useless, and what gives you benefits and disadvantages and you’ll find out more about yourself.

In this session, most people know what they have to change to be better. You’ll see a big picture of yourself.

Reminder: sometimes success is one decision away from us!

So, find out what you think the main points are. Is it to live in New York with your beloved one, Is it to be a public figure, Is it to work at your dream company? Could be all of these…

But these are not passions yet, these are life goals that you want to achieve in your life. These will be the driver to try for your passion hard af.

Back to the main point, what I want you to find is what is something you did, you do, and you will keep doing. Look at things you’ve just written and find what thing is in the list of your past, present, and future.

It might be making timetables like me, connecting people all around the world, teamwork, cooking, singing, judging people from their manners, categorizing people, or many things.

That’s why I said to write in detail. This is like reflecting on yourself.

And then that something that you did, do, and will do, and won’t get tired of doing is your passion.

P.s. sometimes passion doesn’t really matter in life because we’re living in a money-oriented community. Let’s find out about it next time.
