EVERYTHING IS POSSIBLE- GROW YOUR TALENT

People cannot afford to distance themselves from you when they expect the best from, that is why Pablo Picasso said, “I am always doing that which I cannot do, in order that I may learn how to do it.” Everyone has an inner talent or even a set of inner talents.

A lot of people have been wasting their precious life just because they didn't do the right thing at the right time. They feel unfulfilled, unappreciated, stifled and just plain bored. Every human being has the innermost talent that is capable of doing everything. If not detected those innermost won't be unleashed before death. Talent often hides in the most unlikely people and places. Hidden talents serve no one, but when you learn how to spot and release talent, you can make your school amazing for everyone. By exploring the core elements of talent—passion, skills, and personality traits—you can uncover your gifts that can help to unleash the talent. According to Ralph Waldo Emerson “What lies behind us and what lies before us are tiny matters compared to what lies within us.” Unleashing the talent within a person starts with the principle that he needs to contribute and "volunteer" their best effort when doing things that they enjoy. Dean Koontz put it like “I really believe that everyone has a talent, ability, or skill that he can mine to support himself and to succeed in life.” People cannot afford to distance themselves from you when they expect the best from, that is why Pablo Picasso said, “I am always doing that which I cannot do, in order that I may learn how to do it.” Everyone has an inner talent or even a set of inner talents. These hidden inner talents are created and matured as a result of following your passions and doing the things that you love doing. The key to success is to fully understand how to apply the greatest talents and strengths in your life. We also made progress in life when we decided to identify our talent. In this article, we are going to identify how to gather the piece to make your life a successful being again.

In trying to unleash your talent, culture plays an important role.

Culture

Culture is the patterns of learned and shared behavior and beliefs of a particular social, ethnic, or age group. Individuals that are able to use their skills and unleash their talent are able to advance their life and are instrumental to the growth and success of their life. Foster in a culture where flexibility and vocalizing ideas aren’t just the norm. The good cultural environment in our society plays a significant role in maximizing the full potential of these important human resources. We live in a society where our culture does not permit people to unleash their talent. In unleashing your talent you need a good cultural environment that will help bring up the light in you.

Comfort Zone

Perhaps one of the most effective ways to get to know what you can do best is to push them outside of their comfort zones. Moving out of your comfort zone actually challenges you to get over the fear of impossibility in your heart and mind. I hope some may say that leaving out of your comfort zone is crap and leads to stress and anxiety. But hey, comfort zones are helpful! They contribute to general wellbeing, giving us a huge amount of security and structure. We all have ambitions sitting outside our comfort zones, so we must work to push ourselves beyond what we know and what we feel comfortable with in order to achieve them. Leaving your comfort zone leads to success.

Brainstorming

This where you train your brain to learn new things by embracing uncomfortable situations. This will truly help to unleash your talent. Brainstorming here simply means how to generate new ideas and solutions around a specific domain of interest by removing inhibitions. Have you noticed that in your quiet time you are able to think more freely? Also, you can suggest as many spontaneous new ideas as possible? Well, this is well you need to pen all these ideas down. Try to ask yourself a lot of questions, for example, 'do I learn better by writing or walking around? Do I study better early in the morning or late at night? Do my words motivate people? Do my words make people laugh? Through that, you can discover that everyone has unique skills, and what works for someone might not work for another. You just need to put yourself through these uncomfortable situations to figure out what you can do best.” The human brain is very smart and that if you push through those barriers, you can learn.

Everything is possible

A lot of people fear to move forward. This fear has made them unable to unleash their talent. Gawdat put it that Fears are barriers and living a fearless life means you can unlock your true potential. "Fear is often an exaggerated illusion and when you see the illusion, the illusion goes away,". A lot of people have questions that prevent them from moving forward. Some have it in mind, what if I fail? What if I didn't perform? They will not buy my book? They will criticize me? Etc. all these thoughts will prevent you from unleashing the wonderful gift given by nature. These emotions, that stem from fear, have the power to control us, keeping us “safe” in a pattern of behaviour. Fear was also created to keep us safe from pain, but under some circumstances, pain can lead to greatness. For example, a 62-year-old woman in Ghana overcame her fear and enrol in Junior High School and graduated. This implies that if we are able to overcome our fear as humans everything becomes possible in our eyes. Nothing is impossible if you make a move.
