In life, we are bound to face setbacks, failures, and complications. It is an inevitable fact of life. Success, in most cases; is only achieved when a person faces failure and has the self-confidence and courage to bounce back from it.

Bouncing back from failure isn’t easy, because life isn’t an inspiring movie that takes a day to learn from your committed mistakes. It is a long process of embarrassment, blaming, and thinking low of yourself to embracing your mistakes, learning from it and working twice as hard as before.

Trust the wrong happenings in your life, don’t let your mind be the final nail in the coffin. In the end, it all comes down to your mindset, to analyze those errors and turn those mistakes around and perceive it as small stepping stones of bigger and brighter goals. However, it requires resilience and strength to embrace and start working from zero. As much as failure brings in a lot of pain that shatters ones self-belief, it is all a beautiful feeling when you get back on your feet. Able to fight back and create new possibilities.

“Failure is simply the opportunity to begin again, this time more intelligibly.”

-Henry Ford

Have you faced a recent failure? Is this crushing down your self-esteem? Read the following suggestions to come back from failure, stronger than ever:

· Analyze what went wrong:

It is certainly difficult to accept your mistakes especially when you worked so hard for your goals. However, you need to understand that you will keep facing failures if you don’t analyze what went wrong and where. There is always a reason for whatever happens, find your reason and look closely into what steps went wrong that had possibly resulted in failure.

· Create the mindset:

Creating the mindset for anything you do, pushes you even harder to do it. Have a mindset that allows constructive criticism, a room to embrace your mistakes and strength to take that failure as a lesson and work towards it to make a change. FAIL is just an acronym that stands for First Attempt In Learning. It is not in the way but rather it is ON the way to success. Perceive failure as an opportunity to do even well than before where you allow no more mistakes.

“I have not failed. I’ve just found 10,000 ways that won’t work.”

- Thomas A. Edison.

· Focus on what needs working:

Now that you have analyzed your mistakes and created the mindset to correct them, it’s time to work on your strengths and weaknesses. What went wrong? Did you struggle with timings? Or were you good at picking things ahead of time? Sit down to list your strength and weaknesses and start months ahead of the due date if you struggle with timings or if you are a person with a slow pace. When drawing near to your deadline whether it’s a work project you have been preparing for, exams, interviews or a launch, make sure you revise everything you have to say or present twice or thrice for clarity and confidence.

“You build on failure. You use it as a steppingstone. Close the door on the past. You don’t try to forget the mistakes, but you don’t dwell on it. You don’t let it have any of your energy, or any of your time, or any of your space.”

- Johnny Cash

· Never give up:

Yes, the pain after second or third time failure may sting terribly. However, after the second or third time, this can be your driving force towards betterment. Being firm on "never giving up" can make you fearless and resilient. Soon failure won’t be a failure anymore but yet another opportunity to learn from and not repeat the same mistakes again.
