If you drink coffee regularly and want to lose weight, nothing is more straightforward than tossing some of this stuff in your cup. It's that easy. Also, there is no magic here; all the ingredients in this product are simple and very effective. The Theanine and Green Tea extract work wonders for mood stabilization, and the B vitamins 6 and 12 will give you long-lasting energy throughout the day.
