Guidance to Alignment

I knew nothing of life experiences as I was going through life experiences. The traumas of my past are no longer my longtime friend of pain. It was a comfort. It was all I knew. everything felt like a struggle. a sense of loss. A deep loss. The hole you have feels deeper than ever before when you become the realizer of your demise. An awareness, a moment of clarity. That second when you just know. It is time to let go of the grip a little from holding on to this feeling of dis-ease for so long. There’s a glimpse into the hole you’ve dug for yourself. Yes, you did this. The one that you feel somewhat safe with. The hole began long ago. Most of it started as a child. What has taken the power of your happiness? How did you lose your happiness? Or maybe you believe you never felt true happiness. Have you ever felt that feeling when you are teary eyed, smiling from ear to ear and simply grateful for what you are seeing?

How do you find purpose when you feel so lost? You don’t. You dont find purpose. You become still or stalled of a purpose. The purpose of whatever you choose. When you have a purpose. You live on purpose. Pay attention to your focus. Blaming others how you feel is living on a default of lack. The purpose is to live with the intent that you attract and create every person, place and thing that you come upon. The power is knowing no one has power over how you feel. You bring the attention you are feeling at all times. Know your power lies in the light of love. Anger is a persistent power of lack. A powerful feeling of anger leave you feeling dis-eased. Its a disease of dis-ease. The mind does not play tricks on you. Your thoughts do not play tricks on you. You trick your mind into believing whatever you are feeling.

You cannot feel thin, if you feel fat. You cannot feel prosperity if you feel poor. Most humans feel the purpose of feelings is needing to feel needed or wanting something or someone to fulfill a purpose in their life. When a person, place or thing is not giving you satisfaction, or more importantly joy, it is merely a feeling of disconnect or discomfort with them and more importantly, within your thoughts and beliefs of people, places and things. More importantly, yourself.

Feelings come in the form of your experiences because this is what you believe.

My feelings tell me where I am now. What I feel today is a prediction of what I’ll feel tomorrow. What am I feeling now? What do I want to feel tomorrow?

Today is a prediction for tomorrow's emotions. The miracle is, you can change it at any time. Or you can let it flow as low as it goes. Low, means you're in a state of negative emotions that you feel you can't get out of. Validation of how you feel keeps you in the state of low vibrations. Of low expectations of yourself.

We find many excuses to feel we need something outside of ourselves. It’s what was taught, told, learned before we can make any decision of our own. It was made for us before we were born. We will never find what we’re looking for if we feel a lack of anything.

Humans bounce energies, vibes off each other. We vibe what we are experiencing. A We sense others emotions (vibes) when we pay close attention. Animals have this same ability. They can feel our emotions. We can too. Sometimes, we can walk in a room and know the peoples vibe. Mode, vibration, channel, mood, all mean the same. Feelings, emotions. What are you vibing,

without someone elses vibe interferring with yours? I will tell you. You will feel a satisfaction of knowing you are in control of your emotions and no one or things can determine your day for you. You have always had the power to enhance a room according to your perspective of the room. Whether good or bad. You always have a choice.

What is it that I’m wanting at this moment? Any moment? Is it possible to actually shift the pattern of thought to something pleasant? Or soothing? Is it soothing to your happiness when you fight to be right? Is it better to accept it was never your job or concern how others feel, think or live? The only concern is your state of mind. Do you want to join in on someone else's wagon and leave yours hanging in the wind?

Whatever brings discomforting thoughts, can be soothed. Discomfort always comes from our outside experiences. It isnt something we discover from within. Its all reactions to others’ actions or words. It is always some momentum we had going for a while now. I remind myself to see me. See me in the discomfort and how I am receiving it in my experience now. Observing my reaction helps

Gratitude is of strength to what it is you are wanting into your experience.

Give thanks for what you’ve already accomplished. A simple routine is an accomplishment. Remind yourself to smile.

We are all here for the ultimate purpose.

Love,Joy and Peace. There is purpose when you gravitate to these emotions(vibration).

Spread your message of hope as you go forth your day. The message of appreciation kept tucked away close enough to reach within your thoughts. First thing in the morning when opening my eyes to what is, I give thanks for another day of exploring my next adventure. A life of small adventures, is a lifetime of joy. Give thanks to whatever you feel needs to be thankful for. If you can’t feel anything, how about your blanket or sheet you use for bed? Oh! How about the bed, or couch, or chair. Anything to focus on appreciation, no matter how small. Getting thoughts flowing with ease, brings a shift into your experience. It starts becoming just how you said it would. Time almost stops when you remember asking yourself, how you got where you are today.

Discovery of who I am, is a discovery of where I am. There are ways to discover your power with acknowledges positive aspects

My feelings tell me where I am now. What I feel today is a prediction of what I’ll feel tomorrow. What am I feeling? What do I want to feel tomorrow?

The miracle is, I can change it at anytime. Or I can let it flow as low as it goes.

As soon as we’re born we are what our parent(s) believe us to be. Whether it be religion, fashion, food, etc. We will never find what we’re looking for if we feel lack of anything that we feel we are missing or missed.

Humans bounce energy, vibes off each other. This is how protests happen, wars, poverty...We come together when we feel the same about something that is passionate to us. That whatever it is, it feels so true, that it has to happens. No matter what it is. Good or bad.

You are looking at the world according to others. Stop sorting emotions based on what you are seeing. Give your vision to your thoughts. What you feel is what you see.

Give your feelings a break. Give it what it really wants. Give it what it desires. Emotions get exhausted when there is any lack in your vision. Set aside a smile with a sigh.

Give your thoughts a break. There is more than thought. A practice of thought becomes a belief. Whatever it is you believe, there was a practice, a momentum of thought as your vision will always show you. The practice of believing the world is doomed, will bring to your vision a doomed world. A negative habit in your vision is the hardest thing to let go.

Humans tend to believe it’s not possible. They are missing out on a big part of this time, space and reality. We tend to forget we are positive source energy. We can channel or change our (mind, thought) frequency at any time we feel it necessary to be our greatest good. There is a solution to every problem. We tend to justify staying in a frequency(vibe) that shuts us out of a better reality. The greatest contribution to you and others is to spread your own happiness. We are not here to fight, justify, to be right or wrong.

Questions you have asked, get answered, only when you are open to it. When you feel some sort of peace with all you’ve experienced thus far. It may be difficult some moments of the day. I say moments because a day can feel like a lifetime. These times you feel disconnected. Bored,

tired, melancholy, annoyed with something or someone in the present and past. It is like keeping a link tied to your emotions. A familiar emotion becomes a habit of thought.

Change your thoughts with ease. There is no point in scolding yourself. There is a sense of lack when you feel you did or are doing something wrong. Im pretty sure one of the first words you learned from your parent or guardian was “No”. Even when it was something that you felt you wanted or needed in your life. There is no rush to figure out what and why you think the way you do. It is habit. Familiarity. Learned behavior. You can’t control what comes to mind. You can always ease into another one. There is space in your thoughts to intend what you want to think. You already started the process of forgiveness when you asked the question. When you ask, it is always given. Give yourself the opportunity to receive the answers you seek. Your thoughts are a process you create. Create a better feeling question. I begin by asking myself, what do i really want to feel? It takes a sense of wanting better. With any person, place or thing. You’ve practiced this question in your mind. Start a new practice to a new perceptive. Feeling about how there is nothing to feel forgiven about. You already are. By just asking the question. Feel that? It’s about giving an opportunity to yourself of some release. Somehow, it’s not so important as it was a few minutes ago.

I find the times I feel stuck in my life, I experience a sense that I’m not doing enough. Or I don’t have enough time. The questions arise, if I knew then what I know now, what would be different? Well, nothing really. Why? Because what you are feeling now is a feeling of lost time that you can’t get back. If you knew then what you know now, what would you change? You probably have quite a few. If you never asked this question to yourself, you’re still in the same mode you were in the past. A mode of surviving what you are experiencing. A mode of living a life of wanting to do something better with your life. With work, relationships, etc.

You can never go back. Everytime you look back, you lose the power of experiencing now. There’s a chance your history repeats itself. It can come in a different form into your life or experience is what I like to call it. Life is a journey of experiences. Emotionally and physically. To be aware of your thoughts. Give your thoughts attention as if you are observing them. It is focusing on good feeling thoughts. When we’re in the momentum of feeling anxious, it gets bigger and bigger in your mind and trickles into your experience. It feels as if everything you’ve tried doesn’t have any relief. Some relief, temporarily helps. Im sure you have experienced a little relief somewhere in the midst of discomfort and dis ease in your mind and body.

Otherwise, you wouldn’t have a desire for ease and comfort within your thoughts. It usually means there is a feeling of lack. A feeling of needing to get it right. Needing to predict the outcome of, even the smallest things. Feel a sense of gratitude that these feelings of lack are the compass of what you really want to feel. Ask yourself, “What do you really want to feel now? Start a new momentum as soon as you realize what you are thinking. Observe your thoughts. Never scold yourself for negative thinking. Those thoughts are desires for better feeling thoughts. I wish for you to bask in the silence of thought.

We have multiple positive and negative emotions. Whichever is dominant at any moment, will be part of your experience. Tend to your emotions. Your emotions, your thoughts guide you

Guide them to a resting thought. Guide them to a safer feeling.

Remember those days you daydreamed as a child. It is a powerful tool we used to escape emotionally when we couldn’t physically. Feel the power of guiding your thoughts to any freedom you desire. You always have a choice on how you truly want to feel.

When you connect with source, It isn’t the spirits calling, it isn’t god needing your light more than another’s.

It is your light connected with what is your ultimate love.

Your light is love. Your love is source. Your spirit is energy. Your God is hope.

Your faith comes in many forms. The true connection is and always will be love.

Whatever we go through. Any tribulations or traumas we’ve gone through was all for this moment, space and time. Is there a solution to it all? Yes. You can leave conditions(life) with ease. Get into pure appreciation. Your most wanting desires can appear. Do not get frustrated when you cant get out of a situation. Let yourself know that it is not you, it is the condition. You are not responsible for anyones feelings but yours. You can always change your condition. You can not change someone elses. It will not be for your benefit when you feel you need to fix a condition that has nothing to do with you. All conditions are manifested through your beliefs.

Everything you do is a decision you made. Every good decision you make, life gets easier, thoughts become faith. The same goes for bad decisions. Life gets hard, thoughts become doubt.

Needing to predict any outcome with doubt can get uncomfortable. Finding a distraction is a temporary fix. Distraction is avoidance. It is best to observe what is. Its okay to ask yourself, what is it that I feel I need to fix? One of many distractions is we tend to find some sort of temporary power in others behaviors and ideas. We look to others for inspiration. It starts at an early age. We looked to our elders as a child for direction, inspiration, permission. This pattern follows for many years. Teachers, siblings, family, religions and so on.

Share the moments of clarity with intentions of thankful thoughts on the day. When you celebrate the presence of all from the past and Now. The moments represented to you now, is the presentation of your thankful thoughts. Know what feels better. Knowing becomes being and doing what is better for you.

There’s really no need to follow anyone or anything. We are specific, unique creators. Our thoughts create things. We follow what we were taught as a child. We follow what parents/family believe. We follow what is seen before it is felt. We follow to follow words and actions of others. We are not here to follow anything or anyone. We are here to collect our own data, impulses and inspirations. We are here in this environment of potential, to choose and then to follow that choice which helps you feel good with all good intentions.

People, places and things attract the emotions whether good or bad. The relief of distraction is choosing a thought pattern as it comes up. It is not necessary to join in any emotion you feel coming up that doesn’t feel good.

Awareness of how you are feeling before you leave your home is a good basis for deciding that you will find a good feeling place every time someone or something distracts your inner peace.

Ask yourself, what joy will I get out of this person, place or thing? How can I improve this event if I get uncomfortable? If these questions aren’t asked, there is no observation of your feelings/thoughts. Absorbing your reality helps to slow down reactions as they come. When not observing your experiences, it creates uncontrolled emotions of all, that is coming at you.

Don’t observe your reality, Create your reality. Care how you feel. You are not responsible for others behaviors. Find little things to appreciate when you feel (depressed) sad, anger, worry, fear. These emotions are all based on fear. The unknown. When you feel lost, its based on fear. When you feel sad it is based on fear that you are missing or missed something or someone. When you feel worry, it is based on fear that you dont have enough. When you feel anger, it is based on fear that you are wrong. Fear of things that might or can go wrong. These are very dangerous thoughts. These are learned behaviors. We get accustomed to our environment. It is possible to

shift any negative emotion to a positive emotion as these feelings are happening. There has to be an awareness of the thoughts. The power is in your thoughts. Try picking something simple to bring into your experience. Test your power of thought. Be open to whatever it is you want to see. Whatever it is you want to experience. I am not writing down an object you will see within the next 3-5 days or sooner. Or later. It all depends on how open you are to receiving a feeling of enjoyment with general everyday objects. The object is, a photo, portrait, poster or painting of a golden eiffel tower. Have no judgement about it. Have fun with it.

Find your secret shifters. The things that can change your feelings in a snap. A favorite song. A previous fun event or a future one. A favorite food smell. A memory that feels like a smile. Different things will shift your feelings at different times, so if one doesnt work, go to another good feeling thought. It only takes a minute or two to change focus. Actually, about 16-17 seconds. Which seems long when your focusing on a shift thought. Practice the shift. Your shift. Remind yourself you really like being happy. Sounds simple. It can be, with practice. Emphasize the ability to feel empathy of joy.

Hurt No More

Blaming people or a place about how you feel, falls on the feeling of validating the wrongness of someone or something. The ego is a strength of superiority. You feel the need to fix the wrong. When the wrong started with your thoughts.

It is imperative that joy is found at any moment.

When we’ve experienced trauma in our past, we move on with new hopes of better days. There are times when past troubles and traumas carries on into other relationships, such as friends and family. Friends are loyal, fun, dependable, loving, inspiring and even motivational. There are also times friends carry subtle traits of your past traumas. Such as codependency, neediness, untrusting. All the negative emotions(vibration) we carry from our past is always present in one form or another. Once youve become aware of these traits in the people you are around and want to change them, thats when your healing of your heart begins. Friends that seem good for you will start showing traits of yourself. You start to became aware that doesnt help your progress of healing. You have the power to change anything. Including who you are associating with. As you move toward your own bliss of peace you will find friends and family are not in your presence as much as before. This is good for your health. You as well will start to see a difference in your belief about them or things in general. Sometimes this is difficult to the psyche. There is a major shift in awareness where there was none. You become a little short tempered from seeing and hearing how people react without being aware of what they want to feel. After youve figured out that it truly has nothing to do with you, your sense of peace comes in. Even right as its happening. Such great news to know.

Past traumas can become thoughts of hurt. Hurt is a deterrent.Hurt holds the feeling of fear. Holding on to past traumas keeps a victim alive. A victim of the past, of the present and future. A victim is a person whose had some form of trauma in their experience and gradually starts feeling comfortable with feeling hurt. Feeling hurt is feeling powerless, useless and fearful. Needing someones approval of your hurt is wanting someone to join in your hurt. Is it really necessary to keep this feeling alive by spreading it to others? Or we can talk about what it is your feeling then right after youve spoken about being hurt, speak firmly about how you want to feel and how that would feel. There is no victim when there is awareness of what is needed to feel better at any moment. Hurt is a hold. Let go of the hold.

There is a hold on things to get done. Things that we feel need to happen before we’re off this planet. These thoughts usually happens at a time of reflection.

A time where we feel time has passed or is passing. Time is passing by as you feel you are passing by it.

Time is an illusion of different realities. The trouble is, when you feel you dont have time, there is no time. Time doesnt stop. We stop to think about time as time goes on. This time took time. Now there is time for getting ready to be ready for what you want to feel, not so much of what is not want at any present moment. M y

omentum is the matter at hand. A moment in time can have many blessings. A moment right now is a blessing of time. This moment of reading is a blessing of nurturing your knowledge. The time you feel is wasting, spend time listening, spend time learning, spend time being.

Spend time with self when feeling overspent. There is plenty of time when pockets of clarity are open to feelings of appreciation.

I am consciousness. I came from love. I came with consciousness. I had no form of physicality. A place where humans don't exist. Pure positive energy. A beam of light so strong, it came into existence here on this planet.

You are who you are on this planet. I is who your light being is.

I AM the source of light that shines toward something or someone that empowers my being. A being of light sifting and sorting through this life with a knowing within who I AM. I doesn’t have a name. I is in physical form.

I AM now.

I AM here.

I AM light.

I AM love.

I AM joy.

The I is the light.

We have no fear when we have a knowledge of the potential power of awareness to change dark thoughts. Our light shines from within to overshadow what is dark outside. We walk this planet with a light. An electro force if you will. The light that keeps us here for now. The universe provides pure light to the inner being to feel love. There is power in love. There is power in laughter. A powerful source thought that carries us throughout this journey is a energetic force with your light. When we give love there is no fear. When we give laughter there is no fear. When we give our thoughts the same love we give to others, there is no fear. You MUST believe in order for it to come to order.

Take notice when you feel you can't do something. That's when anxiety and Depression take over.. your mind wants to move on, but your heart keeps getting in the way.. find a way to feel the lack or problem you think is stopping you and ease your thoughts to know it IS getting better. Because you want better.

We Would have no fear when we have the power of awareness to change dark thoughts.

When we give love there is no fear. When we give laughter there is no fear.

When we give our thoughts the same love we give to others, there is no fear.

Fear is taught. Love is within.

We are bombarded with religion, fear, war, poverty, politics, what's right, what's wrong.

Always looking for answers outside ourselves. Looking for leaders to lead your way. It would be wise not to let the world predict how to feel. Start being your own leader. Start predicting how you want to feel. Your world will start looking less wrong. Your heart will start seeing more right in your world.

We have no fear when we all have potential power of awareness to change dark thoughts. Our light shines from within to overshadow what is dark outside. We walk this planet with a light. If only for a little peace of mind, mind your thoughts. You have to take care of you. No one else can do it like you can. Anyone can lead you. But it is up to you to want it. It Is up to you if it feels good for you.

Your thoughts count on your wellbeing.

So your day will be good.

The magic is in your thinking.

Your thoughts are your guide as to where you want to be.

There is no doubt when you have faith that you will have a good day. Knowing you have a choice to walk in this day with ease or not.

You have the power to change your thought as you walk through this day. Your thoughts are waiting on your every move.

There is a rise of hope today.

There is a rise of happiness today.

There is a rise of a new beginning today.

We rise for a better day today.

We find that thought, we find that peace.

Let everyday be full of your joy to move toward those desires. Let everyday be a day of rising to your happiness.

Focus always brings clarity

If only for a little peace of mind.. mind your thoughts.

You have to take care of you.. no one else can do it like you.

Be good to your thoughts. They count on your well being.

It time to start thinking and feeling for your own well being.

Practice trying to keep your thoughts on getting better.
