”Who are all of you? I am afraid?” In this situation, when you are alone you think like this, but, you see, right next to you, there is a support. Whatever you speak, it's being recorded. Also, a dangerous person is there. Who is that? Our elders, who knows everything tell, Life is what you think. That's how it is. The person who wrote this book James Clear is also saying the same. Whatever you think in your mind, that's what will happen. What are you thinking? Whatever you think, that's what will happen. If you look at it that way, it can be positive or negative. Why? We don't have time to think about all the good things all the time

Do we not think about unnecessary things in our free time? But, when you think about all those things, that’s how everything happens. That's what your subconscious is attracting, power, that's what he says. In the subconscious, there is a marvelous power, that's what he talks about. So, who wrote that page? We actually looked at the book and it's written by Dr. Joseph Marveli.

Okay, so what does he say in this book- Atomic Habits? The summary is detailed here, Who is God? They say that you should believe in God, right? Or people who say, No, I am God, should you believe in them? Or should we believe those who say money, wealth is very important, we should earn well, No, it's all an illusion. Should we believe in those who say what this life is then?  Or those who say, No, after reading this book we believe in all this. , everything is wrong, you should believe in only after buying and reading that book? This kind of questioning exists within you. Who should we believe? Who actually believes and succeeds? If we believe in someone, can we become wealthy, can we be happy? These kinds of questions, there is only one answer for that.

We have two minds. One is the conscious mind, and the other is the subconscious mind. Our conscious mind is like a guard. That means, what is his job? He does the work for him which is guarding which thought to let or not. So, what are all these thoughts? We can let them go keep in mind. It is not necessary or not. It is the important work of conscious mind. That means, what is he saying? In this life, no one can hurt you without your consent. You have control over that. Only by making a decision, they can hurt you. For example, you, me, or a thousand others. But, should I listen? Do I have to listen? It is necessary to get to the point, my job. So, this is the work of the conscious mind.

So, this conscious mind is one thing. It came, and what does the subconscious mind do? That's what it does. This is what the book is full of. The subconscious mind listens to everything you say. It's really good, very, very good. That means, whatever you say, and it listens. I am a doctor, and it is like this. It will be like this, and it will believe you.

"Alright. For example, you go in a cab. The driver goes left, and my life could be like this. If he goes right, it could be like this. If he goes straight, it could be like the twelve B bus. Whatever you say, where does he go and join with us? Where does he go and join? So, when your subconscious mind comes, a driver-like person comes to you. You can give whatever instructions and directions you want. What direction are you giving? Where are you telling me to go?

 So, for this, can we do a small test with this mind? What is the topic? Well, if you think, I am the most intellectual in this world. I am an intellectual. Actually, I’m the only person who speak sensibly in life. In this amount, whatever this subconscious mind says, we believe it. So, if I said I am dumb, if you believe it, it will.

 In this way, whatever words we speak, no matter about whom we speak, you are the one who wrote that word in the subconscious mind

Generally, we tend to give significant importance to negative thoughts. Now, if someone says you're going to fall down, you will constantly think, where should I go? How should I go? In this place, will I fall down, am I sitting properly? For this amount, I have doubts.

 Okay, think it positive. Now you come and say, 'I am very positive, my day will be good.' And someone tells negatively, you might ward it off saying it is stupid

Generally we tend to believe negative things more. Therefore, if a negative feeling arises or a negative thought comes, it becomes strong, and by you, it can be done. But, on the other side, many books like this have come. This is what author James Clear says. Many people have written such books. It's a self-help book that helps us change. Similarly, there are still many books being written. With these many books and with these many people reading, everything has already changed. Can anything be changed only through this one book, Atomic Habits? Regarding this question, what does he say?

You don't need to read just one book. It is about how much you believe this book will work out for you, when you read this book, your life will get better, and he believes it that way.” It enlightens me, it becomes my workout. “So it works, why, because when I read it, I get that feeling. Even when you read this book, you will have the same feeling. Seeing this book reminds me of my life, thinking that you read it.

You have a watch. Let's give it to the person next to your side, who is the maker. If the watch needs repairs, whom will you give it to? Will you give it to the maker next to you? Instead of giving it to him, let's give it to your mother and ask her to get the watch fixed. We'll we won’t ask her. Why, the person who made the watch, seeing it, they know how to fix it, that confidence is there for us. Similarly, who are we all? Our past, our experiences, all of these contribute to our current situation.
