Manifestation is the act of bringing something into being, or making it manifest in your reality.

Some believe this Act is also an Art.

It is the power to speak things into existence, or even create something tangible from an idea.

It is the manifestation of our thoughts, feelings, and desires into physical form.

But how exactly is it done? And what does this process look like?

Here are some marvelous methods of manifestation:

1. Get Clear on Your Goals

When you take the time to get clear on what you want, and write it down, you are helping to manifest the life you wish to have.

A wise woman once told me, what gets written gets done.

There is a powerful energy that is transferred when you write things down.

It travels from your heart, through your arm, to your hand, and down to the page.

By doing this, you are putting your desires and intentions out there into the Universe.

The Universe will then begin to align things in your life to help you achieve your goals.

This may not happen right away, but if you stay focused on your goals and remain positive, you will eventually see the results you desire.

To set goals for manifestation, we need to understand what it is that we want to manifest.

Once we know what we want, we can begin to set goals that will help us to achieve it.

For example, if you wanted to become the best writer, you might set a goal to read more books and consume the sort of content you love to write.

If you want to manifest a new job, you would set a goal to find the perfect job for you.

The key to setting goals for manifestation is to be clear about what you want, and to focus your thoughts and energy on that goal.

When you are clear about your goals and you focus your thoughts and energy on them, you are much more likely to achieve them.

2. Visualize and Meditate

Once you're settled, close your eyes and take a few deep breaths.

Once you're feeling relaxed, begin to visualize the life you want.

See yourself doing the things you love to do, and living your life with ease and joy.

As you visualize your perfect life, let go of any doubts or fears you have.

Believe that you deserve this life, and that it's possible for you to have it.

Feel the happiness and gratitude that comes with living your dream life.

Continue to hold this visualization in your mind for as long as you can.

Take some time each day to spend a few minutes visualizing your perfect life. The more you focus on it, the more likely it is to manifest in your reality.

3. Identify your embodier

Identifying your embodier will help you in manifesting the life you want because they will help you to identify the areas of your life where you need to expand.

They will also help you to identify the areas of your life where you are already expanding.

This will help you to focus your attention on the areas where you need to expand in order to manifest the life you want.

Here’s How You Do it: In order to identify your embodier , you'll want to take a good look at your life and see where you could use some improvement.

From there, you'll want to make a list of areas in your life that you'd like to change.

Once you have your list, you'll want to start researching different ways to improve those areas. This can involve reading books, listening to podcasts, or even attending workshops.

Once you've gathered some helpful information, you'll want to start implementing those changes in your life.

You may not see results immediately, but if you stick with it, you'll eventually start manifesting the life you want.

4. Understand what is holding you back

Trauma

We each have gone through traumas without exceptions.

Understanding your trauma will help you in manifesting the life that you want.

It is important to know what has happened to you in the past and to understand how it has affected you.

This knowledge will help you in setting goals and achieving them. It will also help you to see why you are where you are in life, and help you in dealing with difficult situations and people.

Shame

In order to manifest the life you want, it is important to understand your shame.

Shame is an emotion that can prevent you from achieving your goals and living your best life.

I dealt with shame for so many seasons in my life. I never fully deep diving into the reasons for feeling so shameful.

Guilt says, I did a bad thing. Shame says, I am a bad person. This keeps you in a downward spiral because, at some level, you feel you deserve it.

However, by understanding your shame, you can work through it and move past it. This will allow you to manifest the life you want and truly deserve.

Insecurities

In order to manifest the life that you want, you need to understand your insecurities.

We ALL have insecurities, without exception.

Yes, even celebrities and the people you look up to.

In order to get different answers you must ask yourself different questions.

What are the things that are holding you back? Why do you feel like you can't achieve your dreams?

Once you understand your insecurities, you can begin to work on them.

You can start to believe in yourself and your ability to achieve anything you set your mind to.

When you believe in yourself, anything is possible.

So start by understanding your insecurities and then begin to work on them. You'll be amazed at what you can achieve.

5. Make the Space

One of the best things you can do to manifest the life you want is to open yourself up to new experiences.

Trying new things not only helps you to learn and grow, but it also helps to keep you motivated and inspired.

Go out and explore, and don't be afraid to step out of your comfort zone!

Remain open to learning new information and interacting with new people.

6. Relax and Trust

The more you practice gratitude, the more you will attract good things into your life.

There are so many synchronicity‘s that happen to us in life. When we have eyes to see, we become aware of what’s already there.

Making a list of what you have already manifested in your life is a great way to help you manifest the life you want.

This is because it allows you to see all of the good things that you have already brought into your life.

You may be thinking to yourself, “what good have I manifested in my life?”

Just think for a second and I am sure you can find a few.

This method can help give you the motivation and inspiration you need to keep manifesting more good things.

Additionally, making this list is a way of honoring and acknowledging all of the good things that you have already manifested.

This can help to increase your vibration and attract more of what you want into your life.

Write down your goals and what you have done to achieve them.

For each goal, consider what you need to do to manifest it. Include positive affirmations and daily visualization in your list.
